1.Exfoliate your lips before you apply any color. Dry or chapped lips is often what makes your lipstick look rough and uneven. Sugar scrub or gently exfoliate your lips with a soft bristle toothbrush.
2.Cover any cracks for a smooth even application by Moisturizing your lips with a lightweight balm. (Note: Finish off the rest of your face makeup so as to let the lips absorb the moisture.)
