Bring back Hello Flawless !!
Hello Happy is terrible. I've been using hello Flawless for a few years and was upset when it disappeared from the shelf. I had a hard time finding a shade I liked in Hello Happy. After a few uses I returned it because it was so disappointing. It cakes in the compact and it's so dry that it's more like a translucent powder instead of a foundation powder. Coverage is awful and it basically highlights every wrinkle and pore you have. Whose idea was it to change the formula? You could of just changed the packaging and kept the old formula and everyone would have been Happy. I'm literally now scraping the crumbs out of an old compact of Hello Flawless.

Garbage
I was a loyal benefit customer for 13+ years and my only go to powder was always hello flawless because it was the most perfect powder in every way plus exact match for me. The quality was great, coverage was amazing for such a lightweight wearing powder. Simply the best. This new product is the complete opposite I've tried a few shades and all have looked horrid. It doesn't blend at all as hello flawless did, the coverage is lacking so you have to layer on and it almost just sits like a veil over your skin. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere unless benefit brings back the old hello flawless which was truly flawless.

Horrible! Bring back Hello Flawless
I used the Hello Flawless powder for years and was devastated to find it was discontinued. I was optimistic this would be a great replacement power but it doesn't even come close. To begin with the shades are totally off. The Ivory Flawless was perfect but the lightest shade in this give my skin an awful tone and the next 2 shades up didn't even come close to looking natural. The formulation is terrible and looks cakey and just sits on my skin. Im currently on the hunt for a new powder but it's sad that such a great product was discontinued and clearly from the other reviews I'm not alone. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE consider bringing back the Hello Flawless powder.

I like this but
This is a great powder, especially if you have dry skin. I have oily skin and I love this on top of the Hello Happy Soft Blur foundation. I know this powder replaced the Hello Flawless powder and for my oily skin I liked the old one a little bit more because it wasn't so hydrating and I was going to give it four stars. I didn't feel like that was fair for the powder though because the powder is a good product. Also, with the old powder I hit pan really fast and it had a lot of powder kickback but this one doesn't as much (maybe because of the new hydrating formula?) Anyways, I like this powder and I recommend it highly.

Feels cheap looks bad
Went to buy my hello flawless powder and was told it was discontinued. Bought this instead. Firstly the packaging fees really cheap. I prefer the brush to the pad for application but the brush on this new one is jaggy and not soft like the old one. The powder just doesn't go on right. Seems to just sit on top of my face highlighting flaws. Also I don't think this has an spf factor like the hello flawless. Really poor alternative. The whole thing feels like some cheap powder out a tiny pharmacy. If I could give it 0 star I would. Also is wants to make me select that I'm a benefit employee. I'm not.

Really disappointing
Have been using 'Hello Flawless' powder for a few years which was brilliant but when going to buy more was advised it had been discontinued and replaced by this new range. Bought this powder and been very disappointed. It has an unpleasant smell, doesn't smooth over or blend into the skin very well, and clumps/smudges really easily at the smallest touch to the face. The quality is shocking for the price and really disappointing as the previous 'Hello Flawless' range was absolutely brilliant and gave great coverage. I intend to take this back to my nearest branch in the hope they will refund.

WHY did Benefit change Hello Flawless
I used Hello Flawless for YEARS and loved, loved it. Now, I can't figuere out "What's What". I am at a loss for what color transcribes to what. And is it the SAME POWDER? It looks like less product too. My old "Hello Flawless", covered EVERY imperfection and gave me a picture perfect complexion. I had men in their 20's hitting on a 69 year old lady.

Complete Failure
Yes, I was a huge fan of Hello Flawless and heartbroken when I heard it was going away/being replaced. I immediately stocked up in Hello Flawless, but planned on trying the new product. Unfortunately, Hello Happy has been a huge disappointment. I'm not sure how they reconfigured the formula specifically, but it's consistency is more chalky and does not wear well through the day. I have ultimately surrendered & jumped ship in search of a new brand altogether. To take a "Holy Grail" status item and ruin it will eventually cost you money in lost sales. Next time listen to the consumer.
