Météorites Face Powder (01 Pearly White)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely powder, with a beautiful packaging that is luxurious and lightweight. I have the shade 02 Cool Rosé and I love the effect it gives. The powder feels feather-light on my skin, pigmented and blends beautifully, never looking heavy or cakey. The fine, luminous pearls add a soft, dewy glow that makes my complexion look smoother and more radiant — it subtly blurs and evens out skin texture. It doesn’t cling to dry patches or emphasize pores; instead, it creates a natural, healthy finish that lasts without drying out my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Guerlain's Meteorites Setting & Finishing Pearls of Powder in the shade 03 Warm. This powder exceeded my expectations so much! It seemed like such an odd concept but it’s very innovative and apparently was all the fad in the 80s so I’m glad it is back for me to try. Immediately when unboxing the product, an impression of high quality is given. It comes in an elegant box where the appealing tin is held. When you open it, you find an extremely high quality puff pad to apply the product. Then you’re met with a subtle yet elegant scent. It smells like a grandma’s perfume in the best way possible. It’s not too overwhelming and somehow they make the grandma/baby powder scent smell amazing and trust me, I’m usually not a fan of a grandma type of scent. As for the product itself, the powder is such high quality as well. It is so incredibly finely-milled and shimmery. It has color correcting, setting, and highlighting all in one. I did find however that the product worked better as a topper to my typical e.l.f. High Definition Loose Powder - Sheer in the Translucent shade. It goes wonderfully on top where my base is already set and I use it as a highlighter and slight color corrector. I also find that this works wonders as a shimmer for the body as well and since it has an amazing but light fragrance, it’s perfect. The picture I attached where the harsh lines can be seen are because the photo was taken with flash FYI. The other pictures also have no filter but are just taken without flash. The half of my face with the blue contact lens is where I applied this product and initially, the red contact lens half was where there was no product but eventually that half became the side where I applied my elf loose powder and then the Guerlain product on top. In my opinion, it’s worth the splurge if you have the funds and learn how to use it correctly.

I really like the shimmer it provides, but for me personally it was a bit too much for my entire face. I loved it as a gentle highlight, and i used the puff it came with on my collarbones for a gentle glow which was so pretty. It does have a smell, i like it but it is pretty strong so if youre sensitive to smells this would not be for you. If you want a glowy, shimmery powder, you will like this, but if you are looking to set your makeup with something more matte, this is not what youre looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful packaging - the container is a piece of art. Unfortunately, some of the meteorites were crushed when I opened the package. Be aware of a very strong scent to it- I wish I could say I like the smell, but it is not very flattering. I do like the minor shimmer it added to my look, however, it made all my pores look terrible, I do not even have large pores to begin with. Overall, I will not be repurchasing this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No doubt the packaging is cute and I will be keeping it to reuse once the product is gone! The scent is little floral, I really enjoy it! The powder itself is good, it kept me from getting greasy in the hot Miami sun. My biggest problem is the shimmer, I’m almost 30 and I feel it’s too shimmery for my face. If they made a matte version, I would be a repeat customer.

Météorites Light-revealing pearls of powder has everything you need!! The packing looks luxury and gorgeous. When you open it, you find an extremely high-quality puff pad to apply the product, an incredible-lovely scent, a combination of coloured matte and pearlescent pearls that provides a natural glow, which i obsessed. Also It corrects my skin and mattify. The lightweight formula features a soft and silky texture. It levels my skin ultra-light and above all illuminate. Overall this product is absolutely incredible.
