One of the worst eyeliners I have ever used. It is dry and crumbles when you press, which is fairly necessary as it doesn't show up when you try to use it lightly. The only benefit is that it is long-lasting - however the issue with that is it's hard to get rid of the mess it leaves behind! Do not buy.
