Men Face Cleanser 125ml Face Wash & Cleanser

Wash my face very clean! Feels foaming and smells good!

The viscosity is lower now, it feels watery, not as thick as before, the lather is also not as foamy, the fragrance definitely changed, this now smells more like hexenol cis-3, like cut grass, and less like dihydromyrcenol, a clean citrus floral soapy smell. I am sad that this formulation changed after using this product for more than 3 years.

This should be called "foam" and not "cleansing foam." It lathered on my face but did not cleanse it and left a filmy residue afterwards. I'm not sure how this is an improvement over the previous formulation, which I used for years. I wanted to switch to the White Lucent Cleansing Foam because it cleansed like the previous Shiseido Men's Cleansing Foam, but found out that it too was discontinued. What is Shiseido thinking??? This new stuff is an utter disappointment. Judging from the reviews, I'm not alone.

Why take the perfect product and throw it in the trash? I've been using the Men's Cleansing Foam for many years and now I have to find another brand. Not only did you eliminate the cleansing foam but where is the Deep Cleansing Scrub? Did you stop making it as well? For me, this is a once-great company trying to cut corners at the expense of quality and reputation. I'm sorry but I'm really disappointed.

This has to be one of the best face washes. It cleans very well and it doesn't dry me out. I use Tretinoin and it's not drying even while using that. I only wish they kept the same fragrance as the old mens face wash. That aside, it's my favorite and I plan to keep using it and it is my go to daily face wash. I love the lather as well. It's very rich and it gives a very luxurious experience.

Been using Shiseido Men's line for over 10 years. Lather on this is quite disappointing as compared to previous formulation. Tried using this with a lather bowl and brush and it does not form a heavy enough lather to shave with. The lather disintegrates before I can actually finish my shave, which never occurred with the discontinued shaving cream. Not too crazy about the way this leaves my face feeling either. It leaves my face tingling, like there's menthol/peppermint in the ingredients, kind of like Kiehl's. As a face wash, it doesn't leave my face feeling clean, which the old formulation did. Feels like there's residue on my face no matter how much or how long I cleanse with water. (Tried using the Deep Cleansing Foam and it was too drying. The Microfoam left me feeling the same as this.) Also, a my cotton pad after toning picks up a lot of debris (it's brownish colored), since using this cleansing foam.

I am so upset after years and years of using both the cleanser and the scrub that not only have you changed the formulation of the cleanser, you discontinued completely the face scrub! It was the best face scrub out there and I cannot find anything that even comes close to how good it was! Why would you discontinue something that so many people loved and depended on?

I have ben a fan of Shiseido's Clarifying Cleansing Foam for years and thought I would give the face cleanser for men a whirl. Outstanding results as a cleanser; just a small bad gets the job done. That it is an excellent shaving cream is a very pleasant surprise. I bought the first tube as a trial and liked it enough to reorder four more. Highly recommended.
