Dissatisfied
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to purchase this. It’s a nice jar but I’ve had the candle 2-3 weeks and I literally have to put my nose IN the jar to smell it. I don’t have any olfactory problems. I was going to purchase these for my clients at the holiday but won’t now.

Just the best!
My favorite candle, luxury or otherwise! I love lavender in general, but the French cade completely elevates this candle. It has a fantastic throw and it burns beautifully for a long time. I also love that they use coconut wax instead of parrafin. The jar is lovely as well--I have several empty ones at this point that I use as storage containers or decorations because the glass is so pretty! I have purchased many great voluspa candles, but I always go back to this one! I would recommend anyone try it- I've never met anyone who didn't fall in love with it immediately!

I think mine missed the lavender oil
I was so excited BC my past Candles were wonderful. This one has very little scent to it - & lavender is one of my fav scents. The jar is beautiful by my bedside. I’ve burned for an hour five times now. I get more scent after about 30 min, but if I snuff it after an hour - and walk back in an hour later, you can’t smell it. I bought additional ones as Secret Santa gifts - I hope they smell better. Can’t wait to use the empty jar to hold my watercolor paintbrushes. I expected more from Voluspa but at least the glasses are exquisite.

I love these candles. I
I love these candles. I received a small one as a gift a couple of years ago and keep replacing it with bigger and bigger candles. They last a surprisingly long time. The scent is very pleasant, not overwhelming. I use it in my kitchen in the mornings to clear the air of lingering smells from the previous night's dinner. Love the lid, makes the candle look tidy when not in use and keeps in the smoke when I extinguish the candle. I like the pressed glass jar, looks like something you'd find in a French antique shop.
