[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Giorgio Armani Face Fabric Foundation in the shade number 2 which is light with neutral undertones and it matched my skin perfectly! Which is a task in itself, as most shades either look to orange or yellow on me. So for starters I was pleasantly surprised with the shade! It is a liquid foundation which comes in a squeezable tube. Which is nice due to the fact that you can control how much product you are going to use. It has light buildable coverage that starts out as a mousse and then gives you a powder matte finish. It really blurs your pores and imperfections giving you a flawless silky canvas. The buildable coverage allows you to cover your biggest imperfections. I am thoroughly impressed with this foundation and I will be purchasing it again. It is perfect for summer, as it is not heavy. I received this foundation complimentary from influenster to test and give my honest review. As well a great pro tip is to apply this foundation with your fingers and then gently smooth and blend it out with a beauty sponge. I noticed that the mousse like texture did not work as effectively with a brush application.

Real-life instagram filter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is going to be my go-to Summer foundation! If you love a matte, but sheer coverage foundation, then this will be a dream. The creamy almost mousse-like texture feels incredible on the skin. As soon as its applied, you don’t feel like you’re wearing an ounce of makeup. I have combo skin, with an oily t-zone, but this kept me from getting oily for at least 8 hours. Once again, it is a sheer (maybe buidable to medium) coverage foundation, so it looks very natural. It would be perfect if you are looking for a no-makeup makeup look. I received this foundation complimentary for reviewing purposes from Influenster- all opinions are my own.

Light finish kinda day

I have given some time to try this product out, I will say that it is a lovely texture and it does apply liquid and turns into a nice matte powdery finish. I will say that I had a hard time making this product buildable, I am more of a med to full coverage kinda gal. I do usually go for the full makeup face more than not. I would use this product for a day that I am going light. It is more of a B.B. cream kinda product. Feels great to touch, has a silicone type of feel. It does feel like fabric ;-)

By far best foundation I've ever tried!
I have received this complimentary from Influenster. I was so excited when I found out I was getting Giorgio Armani face fabric second skin make up! This product is amazing. The texture is more on a thicker side when applying then I'm used to but it blends in so well into your skin. This foundation leaves your face silky smooth feeling. Doesn't look like your even wearing make up and it's a perfect courage for my taste. I will definatly be sticking to this product in future and Thank you so much Giorgio Armani and Influenster for sending me this product complimentary!! I am beyond impressed with this foundation and so glad I had a chance to try it out now it's my new favorite !

Surprisingly good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is surprisingly good! It has a sheer coverage but it's a good sheer coverage, it evens out my skin and it's great for daily makeup. You get the no makeup look with this and i think it's great! The texture is moussy quite creamy and literally turns into almost nothing on your skin it blends in completely leaving you with your skin but better! I'm super surprised with how long it lasted for it not being full coverage, lasted all day and my oils barely peeked through at the end of the day and it really surprised me that i wasnt an oil mess 8 hours later! I receive this product complimentary to test and review but my opinion is my own!

So natural look!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely and awesome foundation with a really nice coverage. I have a combination skin (more like oily), and after three weeks of use I don't see that this foundation make me any damage or breakout. I just feel like my skin gets shiny and oily after four hours, so not sure if it's very long wearing or if it's my skin (that happens to me with most of the foundations, but in more hours)... But I love the finish, the coverage, the texture, the smell, and how easy it is to apply. And not to mention that when I use it, I look like if I have no makeup! I'll get a darker and lighter color to use to contour my face, cause I'm just in love. This is my unbiased review, I received the product complimentary thanks to Influenster.

Beautiful matte, but very dry.

I was really excited for this lux foundation. When I put it on, it was so sheer, buildable, and didn’t make me feel like I was caking product onto my skin. The result was a beautiful matte that got me tons of compliments on my skin. Unfortunately though, no matter how much I moisturize before application, the product is SO drying. My skin always begins flaking off after an hour or so. I wish I could love this but it’s too high maintenance a product — I don’t always have the chance to remoisturize, reapply foundation, etc. So not bad, but not as great as I had hoped.

I had high hopes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for this foundation and i think it’s just not for my skin type. I’m more of a full coverage type of girl. This is a very light coverage foundation. It is, however buildable. The more I tried to build to add coverage, the worse I made it look. The foundation is supposed to have a pore blurring effect, but on my face, it seemed to exaggerate every area of texture I have.....which is a lot. I don’t necessarily think it’s a bad foundation, I think it’s just not for my face. I have combo skin, texture, red area, hyper-pigmentation, and so on....so when I pick a foundation, I wouldn’t typically grab one that I can still see all of my problem areas after applying. I did enjoy the whipped/mousse texture and how when blended out, it had a matte powder finish. Which being such a light coverage foundation, around lunch time it looks like I’m not wearing any at all. This definitely did not hold up under a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I tried it a few times, applying it differently each time (using a brush, a sponge, my hands) and I still had the same outcome each time. If you are looking for a tinted moisturizer to just even out your skin tone a bit while you run errands throughout the day, then this is the foundation for you. If you are looking for a more “snatched skin look” you will need to pass on this one! I received this product free for testing.
