Having used virtually every brand both less and more expensive I have found that CL2 is the absolute best product on the market for my Menopausal skin. My skin has been really "acting out" with painful breakouts. I have used Clinique in the past and cannot remember for the life of me why I stopped!! I was gifted a 3-Step system for my birthday and I haven't looked back. Thank you Clinique for giving my my confidence back!

I learnt the dreadful news that Even Better Glow Foundation has been discontinued when I went into my local department store to buy some. There was no advance notice at all. I was given a sample of the replacement (Even Better Clinical Vitamin) which is nothing like as good and has absolutely no 'glow'. OK, it has SPF of 50 which is good, but that's absolutely the only plus.

I've been using this lotion since it's inception. I have sensitive skin and a lot of other manufacturers Toners I have tried in the past have been far too harsh and strong and completely dried my skin out. This leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean, but not at all dry and tight. It reduces pores and provides the perfect start to applying moisturiser and foundation.

Having never been a fan of scrubs, I've relied on Clarifying Lotions for exfoliation since I was 14 (battling very oily skin and acne) and I'm now 41 (no major skin issues). I've tried all the various CL throughout my life. The only caveat is that the best CL may not be the one recommended to you based on how oily/dry you are. You need really know what ingredients work for your skin. CL 1.0 is the only option with no alcohol, so choose that one if you know your skin reacts poorly to alcohol, whether or not you think you have "very dry, sensitive skin." CL 2 is the only formulation with no Salicylic Acid. It relies instead on Acetyl Glucosamine to polish surface of your skin instead of penetrating pores like salicylic acid does. IMO the best one is CL1. It has Salicylic Acid + Acetyl Glucosamine, and skin hydrators like Trehalose and sodium hyaluronate to 'buffer' the effects of exfoliation, all in a Low-alcohol package. I would recommend CL1 as first choice for all skin types, and CL1.0 if you find CL1 drying.

I recently purchased this Clarifying Lotion as part of your 3 Step regime. Unfortunately I developed red marks on my face about the size of a fingerprint. This was especially surprising as I had used this product previously for 12 years without a problem.

I have been using this product since my early twenties and I am now in my sixties and I wouldn't change anything. When I last had a facial the beautican said how amazing my skin was. My daughter also uses your products

I have been using the Clinique 3 step products for many years. I have super sensitive oily-combination skin and this keeps my skin clear with no reaction. I have tried many other products but cannot find better.
