I have saved and used only for special occasions, the bath oil of Maggie Noir because I could not find it in any stores. I read the other reviews and am sad if it is true, that the scent has changed. A 92 year old woman walked by my sister and I yesterday in a supermarket parking lot. She smelled Devine and told her so. She replied saying it was Magic Noir. I was so joyful! She is a lovely woman and told us how her daughter found it for her online. Well here I am. I need this desperately. My first bottle I bought was in the late seventies when I worked for Columbia Pictures as an accounting clerk! I will wear it every day of my life I have left when I receive my order. I was hoping I could get the oil again. It lasts all day and night and even though I’m not sexy anymore, it sure does make me feel sexy and love!

This Perfume Smelled So Horrible To Me. I Wanted To Give It Away. But, I Paid To Much For It. So I Kept It and I Mix With a Coconut or Vanilla Scent Which Gives a Pleasant Scent

Timeless . I started wearing Magie Noire when my best friend’s mother worked for Lancôme in the eighties . She introduced me to all that Lancôme is and I am so grateful .

I was 16 years old when I began wearing Magie Noire and have never worn anything other. Everywhere I went, I received compliments on my scent. Disappointed does not come close to describing how I felt when Lancome dropped Magie from its fragrance line. And at age 54, I go without fragrance. As other ladies have mentioned, the Magie sold now is a different formula and has lost its distinctness. Lancome... PLEASE remarket this wonderful product. Bring back the Gold & Black with the original formula. Give today's young ladies an opportunity to wear the best and allow your ever-faithful customers to get back what they so miss.

This is a beautiful and exotic perfume. That’s not too overpowering. It gets better the longer you have it on. I’m so glad that they have it online again. I’ve been wearing the same perfume for over 30 years. I get more compliments on it than any other one I wear. Perfumes nowadays tend to be very loud and strong and fruity. This one is soft and dreamy with a bit of spice to it to make a very romantic an unusual one of a kind fragrance.

Unbelievably beautiful, hypnotic, warm, cozy, mesmerizing fragrance. This is how fragrance compositions used to be made. Please bring back the original bottles and packaging. We want the original PERFUME in the original PERFUME BOTTLE as well. Can't forget the dusting powder. Bravo to Lancome for continuing to produce one of the all-time great fragrances. And to the esteemed marketing teams....although new is always fun and enticing.....don't forget the roots of a brand....just because it's been around a number of years does not mean a brand should abandon it and move on. This brand has such a wonderful and long heritage....please respect it.

Lancôme Magie Noire I bought Lancôme Magie Noire in December 2017 and just this week opened my bottle. Oh what a disappointment, it doesn’t smell anything like the Magie Noire of yore. I wore this fragrance on my trip to Australia and it use to bring back lovely memories of that trip but not anymore. I have since done some research and have found that Magie Noire has been reformulated and not in a good way. Even the bottle is not the classic original. As someone else mentioned this is a poor imitation. I want a refund and will discontinue buying Lancôme products until I receive a refund. I know I’m not alone as I’ve read the reviews.
