Browzings Like A Pro Palette Brow Kit

I've been using Benefit brow zings for years. (Back when the pallet came with highlighter) I was very disappointed with this new brow pallet. First it does not come with tweezers. I can see what they were maybe thinking with making a bigger pallet with more wax (because it goes out first) but it comes with too many shades most I won't use. And the most disappointing part is the big brushes it comes with; They changed the bristle length. So it doesn't give u a precise brow as the old product. Thank God I saved my old brush. Please benefit hear me out. Change the brush back. Put back the tweezers. And if your going to make a bigger pallet like this give us more of our individual colors and put the highlighter back.

I have used this product for almost 20 years. It was actually my first ever makeup purchase from a department store. During this time the product was always offered in one shade by itself. Now you have to get all of the shades?? This makes no sense to me. My eyebrows aren't like my lips. I'm not changing the color of my eyebrows like I would a lipstick. In a world that is moving to less waste and more sustainability this product has moved in the wrong direction. What is the point of making us purchase a product that contains so much of what we will never use? Even in the demonstration videos the models only use one shade. Please please PLEASE go back to selling the shades on their own.

I have been using brow zing for over 11 years. I am truly disappointed with the price increase of the supposedly improved palette. It has too many color powder choices that will not be used and they removed the tweezers. My suggestion would be, make a smaller version or light and dark variation, add full sized tweezers, remove some of the powders, and reduce the price. I still get a great result from this pallet as it does have what I need for my brow, just a lot of waste and not budget friendly. I am looking for another brand now as the cost just doesn't make since for all the extra unused colors.

I loved the singles brow zing, the. You got rid of it so I settled for this which still worked. Now it looks like you're discontinuing this too. You guys are so unreliable, the new product looks like a different formula one of which I don't like. Maybe try having good products that customers come back and buy rather than trying to make a cool new quirky product of the same thing but a different version that's not as good. Your customers are annoyed that u Alwyas change and discontinuing everything it's exhausting, it will stop me from buying ur future products. I don't want to buy something, fall in love with it, then find out I can never buy it again. This has happened to me only with ur brand multiple times!

I have been using browzings for over 10 years and it is by far the best product I have ever used for my eyebrows. I went to go purchase a new palette as I always have because I am running out and I was very upset to find the product has changed. I am not sure why a person would need so many colors when your eyebrows are one color. I am not a makeup artist and have simply dark eyebrows. I do not need all the other colors. Please bring back the old palettes! This is so wasteful and not necessary!

This is my first Brow Zings purchase. I purchased the medium/dark palette. I am so happy with the powder colors and 3 waxes. To me the wax is everything! I laid it down to sculpt and then used powders on top to fill. I used both brushes provided. The result is by far the best I have had with any other product. A little goes a long way. The wear is incredible in the hot Florida sun. I have very over plucked brows, but you would not know using this product.

I have the original browzings in color 6, which is a deep espresso that is a perfect shade for my level 3N hair color. I was beyond frustrated to hear you discontinued the original so I picked this is to transition to. It's not the same. The quality does not seem to be the same and I'm frustrated I now have this bulky thing to carry around with shades I won't use. Not all of us are makeup artists. Please be mindful of your whole audience.

I am so upset that you discontinued the original BrowZing that I have been using for many many years! The new set is so very wasteful as I just use one color powder and one color wax, and the other 6 just sit there! Maybe useful if you are a makeup artist and will use all the colors, but I consider this move a severe marketing failure for the vast majority of your longtime customers. Shame on you!
