Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil Brow Pencil (grey)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really a nice eyebrow pencil set. First of all, the packaging and design is super cute. I like that the pencil and cap is a unique shape, which keeps it from rolling off the counter or to the back of my dresser, which can be a pain. I also like the tip of the pencil, which allows you to have both a broad and fine tip in one (genius!) But what really makes this pencil goof-proof is the brush! If you accidentally draw a little too heavily and it comes out too dark or not exactly where you want to draw, you can use the brush as a 'smudger'. It instantly fixes any mistake by blending it in (or away). I typically prefer using a brush and a powder/pomade for my brows, but for times when I just need to use one item (traveling or in a rush), this will definitely be my go-to product.

I was looking to help define my naturally full brows. Since they are naturally full, I didn't want to overdo. This pencil is SO EASY to use, even for someone like me who can't put on eyeliner in a straight line. When I got it I immediately went back to my car and put it on in the mirror. I found that with my olive skin and dark hair, number 4 is my best match. It's easy to use but also easy to overdo it, so be gentle. The pencil is very precise and the spoolie really pulls color through while shaping the hairs. It really gives my brows a natural standout look like I was hoping for. I love love love it.

The normal size eye brow pencil is exactly the same size as the travel one but with an extra brush on the end. Which is a bit of a rip off. You're paying an extra £10 for a small brush one the end.

I use this every day and it goes on very well and really is easy to do and am so glad there is such a good pencil for the eyebrows.

The name of the product is definitely fitting, it is very goof-proof indeed! Very easy to fill in my eyebrows with, and this is coming from a total klutz who has trouble walking in a straight line sometimes. The result looks natural too. My only qualm about this product and the reason why I didn't give it 5 stars, is that it rubs off easily on me. I have oily skin and even with makeup primer, if I rub my eyebrow the product smudges right off. I wish there was a formula that was more smudge-proof for us oily gals. Overall good product though.

I loved this product so much when I first bought it because of how well it filled my brows in. I don't think I've ever found a pencil that has given such an amazing result. A week after I started using it the end started crumbling off, now I'm left with a little bit of it left. I weren't exactly pressing hard so it's just how the products gone. I'm so disappointed because it works so well for me and I spent a lot more than I would usually spend on a eyebrow pencil.

Benefit Cosmetics Goof Proof Pencil in Blonde (cool Blonde shade) is the only place I can still find this color. I have tried almost every blonde shade eyebrow pencil and they are dark. I have white hair (natural, I am in my 60's) but I have dark blonde hair underneath(also natural) so many blond eyebrow pencils are so dark...it doesn't look right! I am so thankful for Benefit to offer this and it is very easy to use...And it is reasonably priced. Wonderful!
