The inspiration for this elegant woody-spicy fragrance comes from two special gifts Carolina A. Herrera received for her 18th birthday: a ruby ring given to her by her father and a fabulous red dress to match. Crafted from silk with bold shoulders and well-defined lines, the red hue of the dress was as intense and fascinating as the ruby on her ring.

Bold and sexy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very bold and spicy scent. The longevity is superb and I can still smell it after one night and one morning so totally more than 18 hours as of now. It also have a hint of sweetness. I think it’s from the cinnamon. The white flower is very minimal so if you are not a fan of white flower you might still want to give this a try. It reminds me of old money and somewhat Middle East royal family. It is very projective so don’t overspray in the office. Will be a nice signature scent or for some special occasions!

Carolina Herrera Sandal Ruby Eau de Parfum is a bold and sophisticated fragrance with a strong personality. The woody notes come forward right away and stay throughout the wear, giving it depth and warmth. For me personally, the woody aspect is a little stronger than I usually prefer, but overall, it balances nicely with the other nuances. It feels elegant, long-lasting, and definitely makes a statement. While not an everyday scent for my taste, it’s a beautiful option for special occasions or anyone who loves rich, woody perfumes.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't appreciate that it didn't say this was a sample. I've got gone many sample and full-size perfumes from influenster before, and it always says if it's sample size or not. I would have still claimed it. I love fragrances and always wanted to test out Carolina Herrera. With that veing said tge perfume is great. No complaints other than no note of it being a sample and thrives bottle was half gone. The actual perfume is wonderful, and I can mell all the notes and tbey comd together 👌🏾 perfectly. Easygoing, pleasant scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm by no means a perfume aficionado, but I love trying new scents and was thrilled to have a chance to try this one. While I can't describe the notes well, I will say that my favorite fragrances are Alien Hypersense and Fenty EDP and I think this fits in nicely with those. Not super fruity/young, not super soapy. It just feels nice to wear. I used a single spray from the sample vial and can still smell it on me 10h later. I will abstain from speaking in projection as I have rarely had anyone notice a perfume on me and this one is no exception. I tend to go for a light application as I like to wear perfume for me and strong scents can easily be overwhelming. Overall, I'm really pleased with it! It feels like a good pick for the fall.
