Hydrating and calming for my combination-acne prone skin

Prior to leaving a review, I wanted to try a product for long enough to have a fair opinion in case it causes purging during a first month or so. Here is my experience with this cream: my skin adjusted to it after the first usage. It calmed down the redness on my cheeks and makes my skin softer after each use. It doesn’t make my skin too shiny or oily, I would say more hydrating comparing to the regular pure fit cica cream (not an intense version). My pores started looking blurred as well. It was surprising to see allantoin as a part of selection in ingredient list. Overall, I love how calming and hydrating it is for my skin.

This moisturizer is very thick,

It’s very gentle but I honestly didn’t notice it helping much with moisturizing, at least not overnight. Also it pills so doesn’t go well with makeup.

I have oily/combination skin and

I have oily/combination skin and it has needed more moisturizing and barrier friendly creams since I started tretnoin. This cream is SO WELL FORMULATED, I'm surprised it's not talked about more. It's intensely hydrating, emolient, and occlusive WITHOUT ANY GREASY FEELING that usually comes with creams meant for dry skin. It absorbs so quickly even in my oilier areas and gives a lot of hydration to my dryer areas. I wake up with soft plump skin that's neither oily nor dry.
