Super hydrating, & great for dry skin.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour HydraPlay 8-in-one Skin Perfecting Moisturizer! It really does so much for my skin! I’ve been using it as a primer before I apply my foundation. It smoothes imperfections and makes my dry skin feel amazing! When I apply it at bedtime it's soothing and hydrating my dry skin. I would say that it smells slightly herbal. I didn’t like the smell at first, but now I don’t mind it at all. It is a little more money that I usually spend on a moisturizer but if it works well I will spend a little more money. A little goes a long way too. This bottle will last a little while.

Instant Moisture

After using, my skin feels incredibly smooth and soft. There isn’t any greasy feeling. The product has a faint scent, which is barely noticeable. You can see in the pictures what my skin looked like before and right after application. It left my skin shiny and hydrated. You can tell it provides a moisture barrier, because it feels like the moisture has been locked in on my face. You can use 1-2 pumps morning and night. Eight hour hydra play was more like all day for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eight hour hydroplane skin perfecting daily moisturizer by Elizabeth. Arden is amazing. The ascent of this moisturizer is a bit strong however I love the way it smells. The way the bottle is shaped however I feel I’m not going to be able to get all of the product out which is a bummer. I am a huge fan of pumps when it comes to any sort of product because you can control the amount you get. as far as the moisturizing, I have noticed a difference in my skin it definitely does stay hydrated. The recommended pumps is wanted two pumps for your face and your neck. I do three because I tend to put some on my hand as well. I also feel like it would work extremely well with primer and foundation. I don’t wear foundation, but I feel like this is perfect hydration for your skin. Extra Lightweight Daily Moisturizer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try out this 8 hr Elizabeth Arden daily moisturizer for my honest opinion, thanks to influenster. The first thing I noticed as soon as I rubbed it into my face was the odd scent. It has a light earthy medicinal scent, something I would expect a medicinal ointment to have, rather than then a daily moisturizer. The scent lingers for quite a while, but once I stopped thinking about the scent I right away felt how lightweight the moisturizer is and how easily it spread and absorbed into my skin. It feel great on my face and leaves my skin smooth, soft and ready for makeup. I can feel that its an oil controlling formula, but it does bring the slightest sheen at the high points of the face for a glowing look. Over all I really like it and will continue to use it to see its long term claimed benefits from the amazing quality natural ingredients it’s formulated with.

Hydrated and plumps.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary sample of Eight Hour Hydraplay Skin Perfecting Daily Moisturizer in exchange for my honest opinion. This product comes in an easy to use, no mess pump. The Moisturizer is creamy with a light scent and absorbs quickly into the skin. This is formulated for all skin types, I applied it on aging dry skin in the morning and evening after cleansing my skin. This product is vegan. I noticed my skin is softer, smoother, and more hydrated since using this. My skin has a more youthful glow and the visible pores are less noticeable. I am able to apply makeup over this product with no issues, it seems to reduce skin imperfections allowing makeup to apply more evenly.

It is lightweight, light scent, and absorbs quickly the skin. The skin looks softer, smoother, glowing skin, brightens, and blurs imperfections. Prime and blur
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour HydraPlay Skin Perfecting Daily Moisturizer is a lightweight facial moisturizing lotion that not only restores the skin’s moisture barrier, but also refines pores, blurs imperfections, and acts as a primer and base for makeup. The moisturizer comes in a handy tube with a pump top, a style of dispenser that I really appreciate because it keeps the product fresh and uncontaminated. The lotion is lightweight, smooth, and easy to apply. While not hydrating enough for me at this time of year (it’s still chilly despite officially being spring) I think it will be perfect in the warmer months. After applying for the first time, my face took on a dewy glow. My pores and imperfections were blurred, leaving me with a much improved appearance. My only complaint, and it is quite minor, is that because of its priming qualities, it does dry down a bit tacky. I think makeup would stick to that tacky finish well, but worn alone, I would prefer a different texture.
