DO NOT BUY! BURNS!
If I could give this product a 0 star review I would. I used this product and found it almost instantaneously left me with a burning sensation and red, sore skin around my eyes. It took a week or so for my skin to return to normal during which time my skin remained dry, sore and extremely sensitive. I have used the alternative eye care product (Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex) from this range with no trouble before so did not expect to have this or any reaction to this product.I would recommend using the Eye Concentrate Matrix product instead and steering clear of this. Photo not very clear but shows some of the red dots/burning from using this product.

Caused irritation
I can only echo the other reviews that have suggested the formula has changed as this has recently started to cause irritation to my eye area too. I have used for a while without any problems and with good results but recently started a sample pot from a set and have the same symptoms others have described - stinging, redness, scaliness. Stopped using and irritation cleared, tried again (as was in disbelief that it could be this!) and unfortunately irritation came straight back. Hopefully if product is being returned they will look into it as normally a very good product.

I don't know if i should continue
I have been using the whole range for the past 7 months but i don't see any difference with my under eye dark circles its very expensive i am thinking of changing brands For eye cream however the advance night repair serum and revitalising supreme + global anti aging cell power moisturiser is really good.

Excellent product
I swear by this serum. I am 56 and have been using it on and off for approximately 35 years. I look at my skin and think "oh its fine I don't need to use this". Well yes the reason "it's fine is because I'm using it! I find this out when I try something different and realise I need to go back to it!

Significant drying
Within a few nights of just small amounts applied, skin around both eyes is reddened, very dry in places and deep lines have appeared on lower lids Good response with other EstÈe Lauder products on rest of skin, but opposite affect on eyes

Red Dry Itchy Patches
I received a free sample of the Estee Lauder ANR Duo with a previous purchase and loved the eye cream that came with it! After finishing it I decided to buy another small container, this one, because they last for so long. I'm glad I didn't buy the full sized one! I've been comparing two eye cream, using on on each eye and the eye with this one developed a red, itchy patch in the corner after a couple of days. I backed off for a week thinking it might be something else in my routine, though I'm pretty minimal with what I use. After a week it healed and I started reintroducing products again, starting with this. A day later, red dry itchy patches. The free sample eye cream was ARN Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronised Recovery. That was good. This item, which I thought was the same, ANR Eye Supercharged Gel Creme Synchronised Multi-Recovery, is a problem. Are they different? Did the formula change between my 6th August and 2nd October order? Whatever the case, I can't use it, it's clear now that the eye cream is what's effecting my skin, which I don't consider sensitive at all.

Chemical burn
EstÈe Lauder this is a bad product which has given me a chemical burn around my eye area. I look like I have been trying to bleach my skin. Please withdraw this product.
