More like the original Cinnabar
This has most definitely changed. Youth Dew I remember used to be very strong, cloying and powdery. So strong it would leave you struggling for breath sometimes. That's all gone and to my surprise and delight I find it softer and more akin to my beloved Cinnabar of the late 80s. So much so I've switched from Cinnabar to this. The old lady, pungent, knock your socks off intensity has mellowed and I definitely like what EstÈe Lauder have done to lessen the punch of it. Yes I'd definitely say it's an improvement on its former self and if you liked the original Cinnabar then this will please you.

AWFUL
Have you changed the scent? I sprayed some from the shop I was in and it was awful. I was so disappointed. It didn't smell like Youth Dew atall and I have been wearing it since I was 17 I am 63 now. It was so strong and I didn't recognise it atall. I have literally just run out of my last bottle which always reminds me of Christmas and I wear from October thru to January.

Classic perfume
I have worn Youth Dew on and off for 20+ years, I still love it. Such a distinctive and classic fragrance. Warm and spicy, perfect for the winter and festive season
