Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Shampoo 250ml Shampoo (250ml)

I’m SO disappointed with this shampoo. I have European coarse, frizzy, curly, and (a lot of) baby fine hair. I wash, blow dry, and style my hair almost every day. I struggle with getting enough moisture in my hair and keeping the style in place. If my hair detects the smallest amount of moisture outside, it sucks it up and my hair is curly and extra frizzy again! I thought if I replaced my current Bain Chromatique with this Discipline shampoo, it would address my concerns and be a great compliment to the Discipline conditioner and blow dry primer I already use. I was surprised that after a few washes my roots became greasy and heavy, as if there was product build-up in my hair. This product also failed to increase moisture or reduce frizz.

This is one of my favorite shampoos and conditioners. I have a lot of (somewhat fine) hair that is wavy and a little dry from years of high lightening it. I usually wash it and then let it air dry before using a round boar bristle brush to style and set it. This shampoo and conditioner not only makes my hair smooth but also super soft and moisturized. Yet, it is not heavy that I feel I have a product in my hair. I could just wear my hair air-dryed and feel good without it being frizzy, and that in Houston, Texas.

I absolutely love the entire Discipline line! I must have tried hundreds of products over the years to get my fine curly hair under control and Kerastase Discipline blows everything else out of the water. It defines curls and controls frizz without weighing hair down, I'm even able to extend time between washings. I use this version of the shampoo, which contains sulfates, and it gently cleans the buildup from my hair without stripping it. It smells fabulous too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not really a fan of hair conditioner as it can leave my hair greasy after one day This conditioner smells really nice, I applied to my hair but not the roots left it on for two minutes washed it out, I could already feel the softness of my ends I blew dried my hair and I can honestly say I was impressed my hair wasn't frizzy or fly away and it still smelt really nice My only disappointment is that I didn't try it with the shampoo

I needed a no- sulfate shampoo for my frizzed hair. Purchased this product spring of 2018, been using in for awhile. I love Kerastese products but this was not the best. It makes my hair really flat, no volume, no smell to it like other products and makes my scalp really dry. I gave two star because it does do the job of taming frizz hair but overall wouldn't purchase this product again.

I bought this shampoo and I have no regrets! It smooths out my hair wonderfully and leaves no frizz! If you want shiny, clean, hydrated hair- this is for you!!! This does everything a shampoo should do and more! Honestly I have no complaints. I have been using Kerastase for 10 years and never failed to disappoint! All of their products are a must-have! I REALLY recommend! Xx

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was a dream for my hair. I loved the consistency & how well it sunk into my hair. I would use this when my hair was still damp. I would separate my hair in half & run the product through my hair &, using a wide toothed comb, brush it through. I then left it to air dry before styling. My hair would feel soft & smooth throughout the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really keen to try this as my hair is thick but very flyaway when I wash it so need to use my straighteners a lot. When I used this it left my hair really soft and silky and not at all flyaway so didn't need to straighten it as well. The only down side to it is that my hair needed washing sooner than normal because it became very lank.
