Didn’t fight frizz at all
My hair isn’t very curly or coarse, it is wavy and gets very frizzy in humid weather. So I bought this mask and used it a few times because it is claimed to be anti frizz and humidity resistant. However, after stepping outside after the rain for about 10 minutes, my hair immediately became a total mess. Attached are the pics of what it looks like in dry weather (and what I hoped for it to look like after using this product, in any weather) and what still happened in humid weather after using this mask.

Great hair mask!
I have been using Kerastase shampoo for years. This time I decided to give the mask a try. After suffering from dry damaged hair after using coconut oil which totally ruined my healthy hair, I ordered this mask. First I got red off my damaged heir by getting a good hair cut and getting red off the coconut oil ,then I started using this mask. I must say this is a great product. It does what it says it will! My hair is shiny and looks very healthy. I used once or twice a week. I love the look and feel of my hair. Absolutely worth the price!

Dries my color treated hair completely out.
I normally love everything about Kerastase. My favorites are the conditioners and masks for damaged and dry hair. I do have color-treated hair with blonde highlights and I do need intensive moisture. This is the first conditioner from Kerastase that I have actually not liked. I was so surprised. I thought all of Kerastase products were going to be extremely luxurious and softening. Apparently, this one was not for me. I will continue to be an avid shopper, customer, lover of the Kerastase Brand; however, I will never purchase Maskeratine Hair Mask again. Miracle in a Tub!
When I first opened the bottle I wasn't a fan of the smell. However, after I tried it I am hooked. My hair was damaged by a bad hair coloring experience almost a year ago and hasnt been the same since. I couldn't even get a brush through easily. However, after using this, my hair is less frizzy, feels better, is easier to brush through, and a lot more manageable. The smell of the product isn't as strong once you use it. I would recommend it to anybody who has frizzy, damaged hair. All of that being said it is a small tub for the price. I have thick, long hair and have to use a lot each time I use it. I received this product free for testing purposes.

It makes my long frizzy hair smooth and straight.
This product works really well. I put it on when my hair is wet in the shower and then blow dry and my frizzy hair comes out silky smooth and straight. I started using this product after having a keratin blow out done in the salon on a cruise ship and was so amazed that I ordered the product and will keep ordering it. It is expensive but worth it.

Ok for thick curly hair - better options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells great - takes a little longer for me to fully detangle my thick curly hair (in comparison to the curl manifiesto hair mask). Consistency and lather reminds me a lot to the resistance hair mask. It's decent for sure but I feel i've tried better.

Not the best one for my hair..
I adore Kerastase masks.. and treat myself to one once a year. This one is my second least favorite out of all I’ve tried. I have fine, color-treated hair.. and prefer a product for shine first, moisture second. I feel like it doesn’t perform as well as the others for me. It’s effects are more like a regular conditioner. The scent also is the first one I’ve not liked! Almost like a bad grandma perfume. My favorites so far are the overnight leave-in(not a mask but great), and the masques in the bright pink and light teal containers(forgive my memory lapse on the names).

Mixed Feelings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the texture, consistency and neutral but expensive smell of the Discipline range. My hair feels really clean and left a nice shine. I didn’t have as much frizz or fly aways as I would normally. My old criticism is I found it drying - after shampoo, my hair felt desperate for the mask and I used a lot of it. I still found my hair felt very tangled and knotty after towel drying. I think it’s a good product range and does what it says but I don’t think it’s suitable for my thick, coloured hair which needs a lot of moisture. For the price point, I don’t think I would buy.
