This product is great for my natural girlies. I use this a as a treatment for restoring hair whenever I’m removing braids and during my silk press process. It is wonderful for nourishing hair and restoring damaged areas.

Love the smell and the anti frizz effect!!! As someone that struggles with frizz, I recommend it.

I’ve been using the Kérastase Discipline hair mask for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed! After shampooing, I apply a small amount to my damp hair, leave it on for about 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly — and my hair feels noticeably smoother and softer right away. The mask helps control frizz and makes brushing so much easier. My hair also has a beautiful shine without feeling weighed down. The scent is lovely and not too strong, which makes my haircare routine feel like a little luxury. I’ve definitely seen a big improvement in texture and manageability, especially in humid weather. Highly recommend for anyone with frizzy or hard-to-manage hair!

I have been using this mask for over a year now, and it's the only product I know will produce consistently moisturized, easy to detangle hair after I shampoo. My hair consists of very dense, thick, 4c coils. Before I discovered this, I usually wanted to cry halfway through the detangling process, but not once have I experienced that since using this product. I highly recommend it to anyone with hard to tame hair!

I've tried many products promising to tame my frizz, but this is the best one I've found for my fine, dry, chemical-treated hair. I've put it through the test in 100-degree temperatures and high humidity. I use it with the Bain Oleo Relax Shampoo, the Initialiste Scalp and Hair Serum, the Discipline Fluidissime, the Nutritive Nectar Thermique, and usually a touch of Elixir Ultime. The mask feels silky on the hair and detangles while rinsing. My hair feels soft and smooth after drying and styling, and even has a shine. I will continue to use this product and probably try others from the same line.

I’m black American and I have long, fine, curly, low porosity hair that tangles and mats during washing which leads to a ton of breakage. I do not chemically treat my hair but my hair behaves like chemically treated hair. Products that are for color treated hair tend to work well on my hair. This is one my favorite hair conditioners/masks. It makes my hair feel so smooth, soft, shiny, and so easy to detangle. I often use this immediately after treating my hit with any protein, bond repair, or restructuring products that can sometimes make your hair feel dry. I always keep a jar or Oreo relax mask on hand. It seems it would help to smooth out all hair types. But it might feel too heavy for fine, straight hair.

The thickest and creamiest of the Kérastase hair masks, I only wish they made bigger jars! Great for deep conditioning under a dryer. Use for myself and my daughter - we both have 4c hair.

Great conditioner for course curly hair. Use this and the shampoo on my granddaughters hair and it keeps it straight soft and shiny.
