Genesis Ampoules Cure Anti-Chute Fortifiantes Treatment 10*6ml Hair Cream (6ml)

I couldn't finish the first bottle for 2 months because the bottle is absolutely useless. It is not coming out no matter how hard it's shaken or bumped on the head. I hit my head with the bottle more than 20 times, but I couldn't feel any liquid coming out. I cut the top of the bottle to make the hole bigger, but it didn't work still. It's a shame I can't return 9 bottles, or I would use them for the next 10 years!

It really works, I have so much hair growing. Unfortunately, I lost so much hair post-covid and I was so unhappy. I had to start investing in my hair so that I could have my old hair back. I am still using this product and I can see short hairs growing, obviously, alongside the ampoules, I am taking hair supplements too. One bad comment about this product is the jar/ampoules, It's impossible to squeeze the liquid out, so I cut the plastic tube with scissors to use it.

I am a regular customer of kerastase products as they exceed most others available. However the disappointment of this product is beyond words. I struggled to get the lid off had two people attempt it. Then to try get the minuscule amount of liquid out of these bottles and it not spreading through my hair. My suggestion is to change this packaging. To charge $80 for 10 then recommended to buy anout 5 it will not be happening and now I feel like I’ve waisted money.

I have use this mircale product and saw lots of difference , my hair feel better after damaged from balayage was dull very thin lots of hair falls very dry now after finishing the first packet from Genesis ampoules my hair looks more healthy soft and the hair falls reduced I’m paring this with the Genesis hall range and I highly recommend it for those who tired from a damaged hair and thin hair You will definitely see difference from first week of use

I LOVED the initial formulation of the genesis range. With Aminexil 1.5% in the shampoo too my hair anchored like it hasn’t in years producing a fullness and growth rate I loved. The change in formula had me concerned about why it wasn’t working for me anymore, until I noticed the ingredient change. Still a lovely shampoo, just not quite covering what it used to.

I have only just started out but already loving it . I will update if it helps with hair fall and breaking but what I want to say is it’s not hard to use very user friendly and don’t understand why people are having so many problems with the bottle, too comes off easily and push the bottom upside down and it comes out perfectly .

Have used this product twice before. In the fifth week of using it again. Am hopeful it helps with hair loss and not just breakage. The ampoules are so very hard to use though. Please Kerasrase, reconsider this packaging. It is almost impossible to get the product out at times. It is expensive and I don’t want to waste a drop.

Bought as I have used keratose specifique and was very happy, these ampoules are a nightmare to apply, unless you have a lot of time on your hands. Drip by drip, and very slowly. Do not know what i will do with them. Never done a review ever before but this is a must.
