My hair fall isn’t stopping!! It’s been more than a month I’ve been using this formula but not working.

Please do not waste your money on this or the conditioner. It left my hair really limp, really dry on the ends and my roots super greasy. Despite the misleading marketing on the website stating that these products would be suitable for my hair, customer service are refusing to offer an exchange or refund, regardless of whether the products have been used or not. If you look at the reviews on here that aren’t from people who received a free product, there is a common theme. Perhaps the ASA would be interested in this, Kerastase?

Love this entire range (Genesis). I have been using it for 8 months now and have noticed a significant reduction in amount of hair fall & breakage. Added bonus is the products in the Genesis range smell fantastic. I would highly recommend and will continue to use all 3 products for anyone with increased hair fall, paratactically if over 45. Products I'm using from Genesis range are; Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo, Genesis Reconstructing Anti-Hairfall Conditioner & Genesis Anti-Hairfall Heat Protectant Spray.

This shampoo gives no shine whatsoever . It makes my hair very greasy but at the same time very dry which makes no sense . The thick hair version is actually better but not any use for my fine hair . I don’t understand why fine hair has only the worst options . Why can’t we still have the same conditioning effects tailored for finer hair . My fine hair needs a lot of a moisture but I can’t seem to find anything that provides enough moisture without being designed for thick hair . It’s very frustrating

I'd only used the Nutritive range so far, which is beautiful... wanted something to strengthen and improve dry, broken, very fine, fall out, thinning (see scalp) menopausal hair.. but i get greasy roots easily and dry scalp!! on one shampoo, it just clumped & matted my hair and was so hard to rinse out.. i will try again, and update when i've tried it a few times. .. But I'm wondering if its for more oily hair as I felt the moisture was zapped out... odd as its a hydrating shampoo... will persist!!

I purchased the genesis shampoo and conditioner one month ago really wanting to invest in my haircare hoping these products will help me grow healthier and longer hair. Unfortunately immediately after starting using the products my hair started to break and fall out in quantities it has never before (we are talking hand fulls), as well as really irritated my scalp which became itchy and dry. Initially I thought the products can't be the reason, but after looking at some other reviews I noticed people experienced similar effects. I immediately stopped using the products which made a difference straight away. During the first wash there was almost no hair in the drain. This is beyond disappointing, as I really hoped to love these products especially considering the price that I paid for these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kérastase Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo is so far the best shampo i have used my hair felt soft and not like other shampoos that leave my hair very dry and it has an amazing smell a small amout gets you a lot, it didnt make my hair with dry scalp or itchy plus my main issue was that my hair was falling a lot but this shampoo has definitely helped have noticed that there's hardly any hair falling out in the shower compared to the handfuls that were coming out.. Hair feels much healthier

I bought this product after noticing a lot of hair breakage from a 'grow long' shampoo from the drug store. Literally, after the first wash, I noticed a huge difference. It's now been two weeks that I have been using this product and even my hairdresser today said that my hair felt thicker and healthier! I am so incredibly impressed. I have thin blond hair and this is the first time my hair looks and feels amazing! Thank you so much Kérastase for saving my hair! Definitely recommend!
