I have used a competitor's Hydraulic Acid in the past and really didn't enjoy it: was tacky and would pill under other products. L'Oreal's was a wonderful surprise: watery and plump on the skin, it didn't pill or turn tacky at all (so long as you follow with moisturiser soon after application). Leaving your face a little wet from the shower, you just need to use one dropper worth for your face and another for your neck and you're done! Super easy to use with great packaging for no waste. I have only been using for two weeks, so can't comment on the longevity of the product, but would happily repurchase this. Is also great to add to your moisturiser.

This is hands down my favorite shampoo. I have curly/kinky hair and this product nourishes it and restores a proper moisture balance. It does not weigh down my hair or make it feel greasy. I think the key is ensuring your hair type is really suitable for this product. Again, it's awesome for dry, thick and/or course hair. Awesome for many African-American hair types. Kerastase - please continue making this product. It is the best shampoo for my hair type thus far, and I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. Thank you for continuing to bring us the best products for all hair types!

Super hydrating shampoo! Cleans and moisturizes at the same time. I have very dry hair and this shampoo is a game changer. Definitely recommend.

I have very thick dry hair from highlighting. This product is just okay. In my opinion it left my hair feeling weighed down (which is hard to do due to it's thickness) and like it needed to be washed again (it felt like it had a film on it). I've tried a few kerastase products for my dry hair and I'm not overly impressed (with the exception of the elixir oil).

I have used Kerastase years ago and loved it. Thought I’d try again but I was not impressed. Especially for the price. I lost my hair to chemo three years ago and have only colored it a few times. I wanted something to moisturize my hair and this is not the product to do so. After use of all the products for the last week or so, I’ve seen no difference.

Since the first time I actually feel the difference in my hair , I used to try a lot of commercial brands. I have ombre hair done a few months ago and my hair get really dry . I love it each time is getting better , feels softener the shine come back I'm pretty excited , now I'm on my day 7 I already order the conditioner :)

I absolutely love this shampoo! It is perfect for processed dry hair like mine. Ever since using Kerastase, my hair is more manageable and soft. I can also go longer between shampoos which never happened before. I also use nectar thermique after shower. Love how they have categories for each type of hair.

I love this Shampoo, it is excellent and leaves my wavy, frizzy hair smooth. I have to say all of Kerastase shampoos are amazing and all products as well. Kerastase products do what they claim to do. I order online all the time and the Kerastase sends my order right out
