[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Keratase Reflection Masque and fell in love! From the moment I opened the package and saw how thick and smooth the masque was, I had some high hopes. I currently use another salon quality product that I like ok but this masque was from another world! Thick and creamy, a small amount goes a long way. It also smells great. I let it sit on my hair about 5-7 minutes before washing it away only to find minimal tangles in my long curly hair. It was super easy to brush out and after styling (blow dry and flat iron) my hair was smooth and shiny. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At fist I was a bit confused if it was a cream or conditioner, After doing so research online I found out that you apply it then wash it off. I colored my hair 3 nights ago and have been using it 2 times so far. I have to admit it does add a smooth layer to my hair and I feel like im losing less color because Kerastase reflection really does what it say it makes you hair feel like it has a coat of shine on it! even my husband noticed the difference! I think I might keep on using this especially in the summer where shiny hair means happy hair and knowing my color is protected only means I get to enjoy my color longer!!

I have used this mask for over 10 years and loved it - until my most recent purchase. It's pretty obvious they changed formulation. The mask is thinner than previously and pink. My hair doesn't feel as soft after use with the new formulation either - I would likely have to use much more to get the same results and that is disappointing. It's the thickness of any typical L'Oreal conditioner now, but at 3 times the price and not even as good results. I would have given this 5 stars before my latest order. I actually came here because I thought there was a problem with the purchase, but now I see it is changed.

Please bring back Chroma Riche!!! I have used that masque as a daily conditioner on my long, color treated hair for years and have recently run out of my large supply. I am devastated to find out it is discontinued! None of the other masques compare. My hairstylist, owner of several high-end salons, actually stopped supplying Kerastase products years ago because her clients would get so upset over the frequent and arbitrary discontinuations of beloved products. I have been shopping at other salons and ordering from the website since then to get these products, but now I understand why she would want to cut ties with a company that seems to be so out of touch with their loyal customers.

Like many others here, I bought this thinking it was Chroma Riche and expected the same shine and moisture it will give my hair. I was sorely disappointed. I have tried all the masques from other collections and none of them gave me the effect as Chroma Riche. A tip for those who made the mistake and don’t want to waste the bottle you bought, use it as a leave in masque for an hour or two in a shower cap then rinse. It doesn’t have the exact feeling as using the Chroma Riche as a conditioner but at least somewhat close to it. Please bring back the Chroma Riche masque, Kerastase team. My mum and I have been loyal patrons for so many years and are thoroughly disappointed in this replacement.

Work just as it was described and I did a cocktail mixed with other moist Kerastase hair masq. I love your product so much.

I purchased this product thinking I was getting Chroma Riche. this is NOT Chroma riche and have found out you guys discontinued it! Why!?? this product is nothing like it, Chroma riche was very hydrating and nurturing to my hair and I got so many compliments on how my hair looked healthy and shiny. This product left my hair feeling dry and frizzy and I had to use so much more. I am very disappointed! Now I am going to have to be on the hunt to find an authentic retailer to purchase as many as I can of Chroma Riche. Please bring it back!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i want to do a masque on my hair i have certian criteria it has to meet. I want it to smell good, i want it to be thick and i want it to work. I recently tried the Karastase Masque and i was ecstatic! My hair felt and looked amazing after i used it just once! The masque had a great smell, was very thick and went on great! I left it on for only 5 minutes and was astounded by the results. I fixed my hair after and the shine my hair had was wonderful, my hair was super soft and my color was popping! This will definitely be a new one in my shower!
