BENEFITS
- Smudge-proof and waterproof formula.
- It delivers volume, length, and intense pigment.
- Position the applicator at the base of the upper lashes. Sweep the product out to the tips with a slight zigzagging movement to better separate the lashes.
- Coat both the top and bottom side of the tips of the upper lashes.
