Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.

great product, terrible container design

I've been using this for years and the love the formula, the colours, the staying power and how easy it is to remove. My only bugbear is something I've been feeding back to Max Factor for at least five years and hasn't changed. There's a plastic bit where the brush goes into that raises up after only a short time of using it. It's usually less than a month of use before this happens. If you don't notice it, the tube doesn't shut properly and the liquid dries out quickly. If you do notice it, you often have to push it back down and get the product all over your fingers. The other day one of them raised right up and stayed on the brush part so I had to remove it and put it back where it should go. Now that one doesn't close all the way at all. It's the quality of the liquid eyeliner that brings me back to buying it but I do always think I'm getting about 50% of the product for my money and that's it's probably not worth it. Do other users have this issue? I've bought it in different cities, from online - am I just really unlucky or is this a common fault no one else is talking about?

Love

I love this product! I've been using it for years. Stays on even if you fall asleep with it on and you can remove it easily. It's a magic eyeliner! Please add it back to pharmacy collections as it once was found in Priceline across Australia. Now I can only manage to get it online. Also never discontinue this product. Add more colours. Sell it in pharmacies so more people have access to it once again.

Perfect long wearing eyeliner

I LOVE this eyeliner but it is getting more difficult to find in the UK. I will be so disappointed if Max Factor stop supplying to the UK so please don’t. It doesn’t smudge and is excellent to apply all size lines.

Please don't ever discontinue this product!!

My skin is very oily, anything I wear slides off within an hour. This stayed on all day with no problems, keep making this forever please!

Best eyeliner on the market.

I've used this for years, and give it as presents to friends. Please bring back a metallic blue!

Stays in all day!!

I just love this eyeliner... wish they would sell it in more colours!!
