Lash Revival Volume Boosting Primer 001 Mascara (11ml)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say that I have never used an eyelash primer before, when I opened the sample I was unsure whether to use it or not, the consistency and color were not the best. Anyway, I tried it, and as you can see from the photo, despite then I applied the mascara, there is not much diffent. I have not understood the reason to use it. For me it is a great no, I will never buy this product.

It combed my lashes, spread them out and gave an initial, almost invisible pre-coat. My mascara then went on much easier and more equal. I found I didn’t need multiple coats of mascara and it seemed to come off easier. I would definitely recommend.

The length was so noticeable to me, I thought it might make my lashes feel heavy having 2 products on them but it really didn’t! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a couple of lash primers in the past but haven’t found them very beneficial and wouldn’t class them as a staple makeup item. However, I am new to MaxFactor as a makeup brand and wanted to see if things had changed since last using one alongside a mascara. Application is very simple and although the formula is white it does in fact dry as clear and isn’t at all visible. The wand is very flexible and not too stiff and it applies evenly without making mistakes and creating residue and mess. Definitely would recommend this as does indeed improve the application of mascara and makes the lashes stand out more which is something all us women want!

The product applies easily and definately added length and volume to my lashes. It goes on a white colour but easily is covered once mascara is applied on top. It made quite a difference to the look of my lashes compared to using mascara alone so its definately worth it Only negative is the horrible chemical smell that the product has!

Though the brush is rather small, the white primer goes on easily and you can see it lengthening your lashes before you even add the mascara on top. It dries quite quickly - it's kind of a dry formula anyway. But as long as you put the mascara on straight after it's fine. I found my mascara was noticeably more effective with the primer - my lashes looked much longer and full!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally use a primer but I got this one with the mascara and using both together makes a difference it gives more definition to your lashes. I wore it all day with the primer and without and I prefer with as there was no smudging and they looked better
