Must have

I am old enough to remember a time of no plastic packaging and am delighted to have a classy glass bottle of handwash in my kitchen. I hope to see all products change to glass packaging and would love to be able to go into a store and get my bottle filled , it would reduce the volume of plastic refill packaging and an incentive could be offered to customers for going into stores to refill. At these trying times it could be a good business model going forward into this sustainable living.

Delivery of damaged goods

I ordered 2 glass bottles of hand wash and when they arrived the bottles were smashed to bits I emailed molton brown and they said that they would send out a another replacement and some extra luxury samples which I was pleased with the second order arrived and that was smashed to bits and no samples I have emailed and tryed calling several times and also let my number for a call back and no one had called I am very disappointed as this is a Christmas gift

Love this

Saw this online and recommended to my brother in law as a mother's day gift. Liked it so much I bought myself one for the kitchen. It's better than I had expected. Slightly smaller, but makes it look more delicate and the glass really sparkles. Lovely scent, I bought the pink one (Rhubarb) I will definitely be getting another for the bathroom... And then maybe the downstairs toilet hehe. I like that is refillable and better for the environment.

I bought this as it was pink and matched my new cloakroom but honestly this is now my staple. Smells gorgeous, looks gorgeous and the soap is soft as silk. That is quality, right there in a bottle. Also love that you can get this in the glass bottle much more classy and elegant. Will buy refills for it. Have now purchased all 3 glass bottles in the range. Love love love Molton Brown.

Nice but Unjustifiably Expensive

I ordered this a few days ago. I have always wanted to buy Molten Brown but it is just so unjustifiably expensive, however this came up on a Black Friday deal so I thought I would indulge - especially as it came in a glass bottle which I liked the idea of. It's nice but there are other lookalike products out there which cost far less than Molten Brown's inflated prices and are just as nice. Plus, this product came in a bottle that was quite tiny - I was surprised at the size of the dispenser. It is nice and I am pleased with it, but wouldn't rush out to buy again purely due to the prices, which is a shame as I should like to try other fragrances, but I just do not have money to throw about on expensive hand wash. Great shame. I have put "No" to recommending it to a friend - purely because of the cost and small dispensers. MB have already refused to publish this review once - I wonder why...?

I was first given this hand wash a year ago and have since bought it a couple of times more. As well as being kind to my hands the pleasurable scent is long-lasting and the cloakroom holds a feint aroma of the product. I enjoy using the handwash and feel special and pampered afterwards. I have since purchased others in the range and they all are equally beautifully fragranced.

Fresh and fruity

Was lucky enough to receive rhubarb and rose sanitiser/hand cream gift for my birthday and loved the zingy fresh smell so purchased hand wash as a treat for myself. Am sure will be purchasing more items from this range in future. Decided to go for the glass bottle which looks so much better than a plastic bottle in my bathroom and also can refill it.

Smells divine

I bought two glass soap dispensers, each smell absolutely divine. However, when they arrived in the post I was surprised to hear them freely rattling around in the box. I opened the box to find neither wrapped safely, and both clanging together. For £50+ for 2 soaps, I would have expected better packaging to avoid chips on the glass etc.
