Inconsistent refill
I’ve been a dedicated user of this particular home diffuser scent from Molton Brown for nearly two years, and I’ve always been pleased with its quality. However, my recent purchase from their official website left me deeply disappointed. The colour of the refill I received differs from the original ones I’ve bought in the past, and, more importantly, the fragrance is not the same. It feels noticeably cheaper and lacks the luxurious aroma I’ve come to adore. This was my first time ordering online from their site, and regrettably, it didn’t match my expectations. I hope this is a one-off issue and that the brand takes note of such inconsistencies.

My favourite scent
I bought this a few weeks back as its my favourite scent for the Molton Brown handwash and shower gel. I’ve put this in our upstairs bathroom and you can smell it even as you walk through the hallway and up the stair case. My fiancé even commented yesterday how nice it smells, so for him to like it i know it smells good. I’ve just bought the parfum in the same scent for myself and it arrived today ( as you can tell i really like Molton Brown 😊) and it smells lovely , fresh and expensive and is a quality parfum. I’ve been buying Molton brown for years. Quality products and lovely scents

Odd smell & not strong enough for bathroom
I last bought this about 8 years ago, but have had the hand wash since then. For the cost I was expecting a decent perfume for a 2x2 bathroom but disappointed. It smells odd with a slight vinegar tang and guests commented on a slight unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Plus it’s not that strong and definitely would not cope with unpleasant smells. Which i had stuck to oud or coastal. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is the first negative review I have had to write. Sadly cannot afford to replace it :(

Smells NOTHING like the rest of this product line
My husband and I LOVE the hand soap, lotion and candle. The diffuser doesn't smell ANYTHING like the rest of the product line. Not even close! The diffuser smells like a man's cologne and (not in a good way), smelling like an old dude that used to be cool in the 80's, but isn't anymore, still wearing his "old" cologne. It's awful. My husband and I hate it and wish we could get a refund on it and the refill bottle we also ordered. We are soooo bummed because we love the smell of all the other orange-bergamot products.

Disappointing. The scent is too strong.
Let's start with the positive. This product looks lovely and elegant. I've purchased it many times. However, my recent purchase of it had me having to move the bottle to another part of the house as the scent is so overpowering. And even now, with the bottle in a room at the other end of the house, the smell is so powerful that I am seriously considering moving it into the garden. I did buy two of these and am fearful the other bottle will be the same. I won't be purchasing this item again.

Great value to fill your home with scent
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and it is amazing, probably the best reeds I have purchased and we have tried a lot!! we have it in the bedroom and it gives a subtle scent in the room but it then also seems to fill the house with the aroma without being over powered anywhere. I will be purchasing more as they represent amazing value for money. We have barely used any of the scent and I feel it will last for months. great value against anything else. the intensity is perfect.

Pleasant long lasting aroma
V pleasant aroma throughout the house which I love as its not over powering like some aroma reeds I've tried from competitors. What i have observed is the orange-bergamot scent strength lingers longer as the liquid is dispensed, compared to other fragrances in the aroma reed range, which seem to decline in strength and aroma to a smaller space in the home over time, thereby making Orange-bergamot my favourite. I recommend it.

Orange - Bergamot my Staple
We regularly buy Molton Brown products on-line and occasionally in store, although we have bought and sampled other products and fragrances in their comprehensive range. We always return to Orange and Bergamot as our staple. There is nothing quite like it for its delicate sweet fragrance that literally lights up a room. In our view, there is no more effective product on the market than fragrance of Orange and Bergamot.
