Complete Omega 3-6-9 softgel blends Omega-3 EPA+DHA with Gamma-Linoleic Acid & Oleic Acid from borage oil for healthy skin, joints, and mood. Borage oil, a traditional herbal remedy, is said to promote mood health.
How to Use : As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) softgels daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by the healthcare practitioner.
