2 In 1 Powder Puff and Travel Case Makeup Sponge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love this! I have had it with me on my trip, in Mexico for a few months now. I love this Real Techniques 2-in-1 powder puff. Plus it has a case that has a mirror, like yesssss! Does it need some improvements yes, but I love the concept of this and it is needed. This is a must have for any trip and a definite purse essential! One side of the puff is for powders and the other is for liquids. I honestly have been using the liquids side for my pressed powder bronzer. The liquids side of the puff is great for product placement, it's not the greatest for blending. It absorbs too much product and I am not able to blend it out with the liquid puff side. Once I use the puff to place my liquid or cream product I then just take a brush and blend it. The powder side of the puff I've used only for loose or pressed powders to either set parts of my face or touchups. I really love the puff travel case. It keeps my puff from getting makeup all over everything, and it has a mirror for quick and easy touchups. I thought it could use some small tiny holes for ventilation, but the back of the case does have small openings when the case is closed. I sure hope the puff for the liquids side is improved to blend liquids better and not absorb so much product. Definitely would buy a newer version of this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great concept, a duo sponge for foundation on one side and powder on the other. I love the case and mirror. It makes adding it to my handbag or clutch a no-brainer, easy addition. The ribbon feature is cute and practical. However, it is only on ONE side (the powder side). It seemed like a good idea when I first used it, but I quickly realized that there either needs to be another one on the opposite side or none at all. I think I would prefer none at all so I can have full access to both sides. Overall, I like this a lot but I wish there was no ribbon finger handle. It just makes the lack of one on the other side more pronounced. It also gets in the way sometimes when applying powder. So, I end up only using this for foundation mainly.

I love that the case has a mirror, and the two sided sponge is an interesting twist on the typical make-up puff/sponge. The case seems pretty sturdy when closed, so I imagine it won't be an issue with it opening in your bag..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dual sided sponge isn’t my favorite as I would prefer to just use the normal RT sponge and then have this as a regular powder puff, but this set is totally worth getting for the travel case! The travel case is sleek and thin and fits the sponge/puff perfectly. There is also a really nice mirror inside that isn’t so baby that you can’t even use it. If you like this sponge/puff product, I would definitely recommend this set to get the travel case! It’s also nice to keep the sponge puff on/in something even when not traveling since it will get product on both sides and can be messy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this carrying case with the powder puff in one side and the loved real techiniques sponge, but it's not really travel friendly when it's dirty and I'd preferred the handle would be in the liquid application side, so I could use the powders with more precision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a fabulous product for setting powder under the eye and all over your face. the application of this product is so easy to use and the complimentary case is perfect for travel! the case is also thin and can fit easily in a bag or wallet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I felt like this powder puff is more meant for powder and not for liquid foundation because every time I tried to blend it out it was lifting off so much of my foundation that I didn’t have much left to actually keep on my face. The puff itself is really soft so that’s always a plus. And the case is also a really nice touch for traveling.
