Stretch out your makeup with a half beauty blender have makeup saver sponge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First photo is foundation applied with a regular beauty blender and second photo is the same amount of foundation applied with the Real Techniques MakeupSaver sponge. It definitely provides a lot more coverage per pump and I liked how the backside had the material of a regular beauty blender. The darker “fingerprint” part of the blender feels like a thin layer of textured plastic, but it doesn’t leave a textured finish and it seems to be able to last as long as a regular beauty blender. Actually, it helped conceal some of my dryer patches, whereas the regular beauty blender brought out some of my dry skin. BRB switching out this one for my old one.

Mediocre
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try the Real Techniques MakeupSaver Sponge. It’s just okay. I appreciate they are trying to mimic real fingerprints but I’m not certain it was effective. It felt like rubbing plastic against my face and it did not apply nor blend my foundation evenly. I use cream/stick foundation for reference. The sponge side on the back seems to work better, but I will have to wet it, like with most other makeup sponges. The directions say you can clean it with a damp cloth, but that didn’t seem to clean it well. I’ll continue to use this makeup applicator sponge, but mostly the sponge side. I’m afraid to wash it to clean it, in fear it won’t be the same.

Must have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makeup sponge is amazing, I love the different ways to use for makeup application. It has a fingerprint side, as if you used your fingers to apply which is nice. The sponge is soft and it really works great to apply makeup as well. It cleans easy and drys fast.

Give it a try!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an interesting product to try for me. I usually use a brush to apply foundation and a sponge to help blend out. So, I used this to help blend out this. I liked he "finger tips" side of the sponge. The texture on my face was a little weird, but I was also able to use the sponge side to help blend that away. This is a soft firm sponge. Easy to clean like. It's worth a try if you are curious.

Works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the sponge is latex-free. I am not too keen on the on the textured side. It does allow for less product to be used as it absorbs 90% less makeup. The textured side is easier to clean as all you have to do is give it a wipe to remove excess product after use. The other side is a regular makeup sponge, and it offers a lot of angles to help with even application.

It does exactly what it says it will
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makeup sponge is true to its word. It absorbs significantly less makeup than other sponges I have used. It works good on the “finger print” side but looks much smoother when applied on the other side. I love that one side is regular and the other side has different texture and angles to get in different areas better. This is easy to hold on to while applying foundation.
