Brow Perfection in the blink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brow Perfection in the blink of an eye! First class brow pencil. Quick flick, little lines to fill in sparse areas (due to over plucking) using spoolie brush on other end of the pencil to create perfect blend/style. Good to go. So easy to use

The brow pencil does not
