Hydrate Primer Face Primer (28ml)

This primer is so terrible. Whilst I was putting it on, I thought it was pilling at my skin but then I found... shards of plastic? You could see every brush stroke whilst using any product on top which I thought was my fault at first for not leaving the primer long enough to get "tacky". I waited, then I put my make-up on top as normal but it lifted the primer instead, and made the make-up EXTREMELY patchy across my face. I also thought the "plastic shards" was perhaps product build-up made inside the nozzle, but every single time I tried to apply primer, the "plastic shards" would be there - on my hand, or my face. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now but today when I went to use it what I can only describe as a ball of glass splinters came out with the product. A few weeks ago I found one of these splinters embedded in my finger and couldn’t work out where it had come from, now I know. Having cut into the tube to investigate further you can clearly see these shards mixed with the product in the bottle. This is really poor and dangerous for a product that is used on the face and so close to the eye area!

I purchased this product around a month ago, and it started with brown residue dots coming from the primer, then a week after as I’m applying this primer onto my face there’s thousand of tiny glass shards cutting into the skin on my face, I then cut open the tube to reveal even more shards of glass scattered throughout the whole tube. My emails are being ignored and when I phoned to complain they said they won’t do anything about it, Unbelievable.

I'm not totally sure that this primer does anything. It's nice once it's on, but is so runny and has made a mess in my bag on more than one occasion. I usually use a moisturiser to mix with my foundation which provides a much nicer consistency. It's not even particular hydrating but it what it says it's supposed to do. It's fine? Wouldn't repurchase though.

This has been a game changer in my make up routine. I have dry skin and fine lines starting to appear when I wear make up and used this all over after moisturiser and skin is fresh and hydrated. No fine lines and no creasing. 10000000% recommend. Amazing.

It has shards of plastic inside! Very hydrating primer but I bought a second one thinking maybe it was something wrong with the first one i bought but the second one has even more plastic bits. Very disappointed since I love this primer so much

This a repeat purchase, I love this primer, I use it for my under eye area to hydrate and soften fine lines. It really does make your skin look hydrated, it's more of a serum consistency. I always make sure I've got a back up in my beauty draw.

cannot rate this product enough! so amazing! i have extremely dry and sensitive skin and it makes my face look hydrated and glowy all day! also has a tacky feeling which is a must have so foundation just sticks to it amazingly.
