Gave us the worst constipation ever!
I bought this for me and my boyfriend and after a week taking it we were wondering what was wrong. We were feeling unwell as we were having the worst constipation ever. We didn´t change anything in our diet except for this so we decided to stop taking them and after a few days we are back to normal. I have now almost a full jar or this and I have to throw it away, really disappointing. I had other products from Solgar and I was always pretty happy with the products.

Great formulation by a good company - big tablets
I am taking this with Solgar's Hyaluronic Acid right now. I haven't been using it long enough to speak to efficacy, but Solgar is a tried and trusted brand for me for decades now. That said, both Solgar's Hyaluronic Acid and Skin, Nails & Hair formula are both big tablets! If you have a hard time getting large tablets down, that is the main challenge. Otherwise, they get a lot in to the tablets!

Great results
I bought this resently and i already notice a difference. I use it in combination with the solgar biotin 1000 mg and even my eyelashes look better with these two supplements. They don't fall out that much anymore. If you're looking for something to give you beautyfull hair and great hairgrowth, use solgar skin nails hair and biotin. You'll love it!!!! Gladly it's available in the netherlands

I love this product !!!
I have just finished my first bottle and honestly my hair is more heather and has grown to the upper middle of my back ! My nails are very strong and growing nicely as well and when I was in Nigeria I failed to put sunscreen on now my regular skin color has been refined and restored and I’m so glad I definitely recommend this product !!!

Allergic reaction
I was so eager to try this product as I have used many Solgar products before but for some reason I had a very bad skin reaction. I do have an autoimmune disease and maybe it was to high in zinc or copper. Thank you for the sample , I will pass the rest to another to try.

Simple Product
The serving size is 2 tablets, which usually I oppose especially with tablet forms, but they are surprisingly easy to swallow. They do not cause upset stomach when taken without food, and I have noticed that the amounts of MSM help with joint pain aswell!!!

SEVERE ALLERIC REACTION
I have used many solgar products with no reaction. This product caused a severe reaction causing a bad outbreak and long term damage to the skin on my nose. I had visit a doctor for help.This type of reaction should be clearly advised in advance.
