Too early to say

I have not yet understood the benefits of these vitamins on my hair and nails. I do have great hopes for them, as usually Solgar products are very good. On the downside: the tablets are super large, so less comfortable to swallow and you have to take two at a time. Also, they are advised to be taken with food, which can be inconvenient in case I forget to take them with food. I would prefer to take all my vitamins in the evening as part of my bedtime routine. However, this obviouslt has to do with safetly for the stomach lining, so I can't complain.

Two week transformation

I had heard of the amazing results Solgar's Skin, Nails and Hair tablets provided. I had seen for myself, first-hand, the new shine to hair and eyes that this formula delivered.l just didn't believe it would work for me. In just two weeks however my hair was transformed from lank lockdown locks to lustrous, luxurious lengths. My nails went from broken and brittle to smooth and strong, and my skin went from dry and dull to glowing and blemish free. Thank you Solgar!

Amazed at the results

There is noticeable improvement in my skin, it's radiant and smoother. My normally very dry skin looks healthier and hydrated. My normally dry/fine hair just looks much healthier, shiny and soft with more bounce . The biggest difference is my eyelashes, i'm amazed , they're the longest they've ever been and significantly fuller . The lashes at the beginning and end that are normally really fine are much thicker. Well impressed and i highly recommend

Subcribed & Saved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Solgar product & I've been taking them for a while now, so much so that I 'subscribed & saved' my last purchase of Skin, Nails & Hair. Visible results in a short amount of time, as long as you take them at regular intervals, with water & a meal! Tablets are quite big, especially for those that don't do well with swallowing large tablets, but for me it's not a problem, as long as I take them with a good mouth full of fluid! Highly recommend

Love Skin, Nails & Hair supplement! I've been using them for a few months in combination with Biotin & even without additional supplements, the product gives visible results as a stand alone product! I really should take advantage of the 'Subscribe & Save' as I've re-ordered a few times by now! Only downside is you have to continuously trim & file your nails - oops!! They've become a firm store cupboard favourite, five stars!

I'm sure they're probably a

I'm sure they're probably a good formula but I won't be able to buy them again because I find them too large to swallow. I've had to start cutting them in half but the then sharp edge doesn't help and I keep semi choking! They are larger than Berocca tablets (if that's a useful guide to anyone). I've never found that problem before. I still recommend the brand based on experiences of friends

As with any supplement you need to wait 3-6 months to see proper results, and you also need to be very consistent. Although it is a bit early still, I have already noticed my hair falls less. My skin is overall calmer with less breakouts. Looking forward to keep taking these and see how the results are in 2 months time.
