I was really surprised by this scent, I was unsure if it was a male or female smell. I brought it for my husband after receiving a free sample and loved it right away. However I could also wear this on special occasions because of how it wears differently on my body. I love it.

Very unique perfume, like it very much, long lasting

I have 3 of the YSL La Nuit or L'Homme fragrances and this is by far my favourite. It has fantastic sillage, is not overpowering however at the same time, is instantly recognisable and distinct. It also has tremendous dry down, beginning with what feels and also smells like a warm fire place room on a cold winter night, with just the right amount of spice and kick - to me this is the cardamom, & leather in the top notes combined with the grapefruit. As it dries down the patchouli, sandalwood and vetiver come to the fore and leave an all day, lasting impression however as I said, without being offensive or requiring "overapplying". I found that 3 or 4 sprays after shaving and my wife can still smell it nicely at the end of the day. I will definitely be a repeat purchaser and along with "Electrique" from the same stable, they are definitely my favourite fragrances.

Great, just not for me. It initially smells like deodorant but once it settles after a few minutes it's a little deep and a little sweet but not too much of both. Longevity is okay, like 5-6 or 7 hours.

It is an amazing perfume. Long lasting. A must have for my point of view. My bottle is almost finished and i m planning to buy the same

I bought this for my husband for an anniversary gift. I think I love the smell more then he does. Very long lasting and great notes.
