Wonderful one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Carolina Herrera True Oud is a luxurious unisex fragrance of the Herrera Confidential line. The scent is smooth and refined, offering a clean take on oud rather than the heavy animalic style. It delivers excellent performance, lasting up to 10 hours with strong projection. Best suited for autumn and winter evenings or formal occasions, it feels both elegant and wearable. Overall, it’s praised for its balance, quality, and unique twist on a traditional oud fragrance. I love it!!!!!!

Spicy Autumnal Unisex Fragrance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found True Oud by Caroline Herrera to be a little challenging to wear. When directly smelling the fragrance, it comes across as a very strong, spicy fragrance which I feel strongly leans masculine. With that said, despite its intense scent, I feel the sillage or projection left more to be desired. Personally, I don’t think this is the best representation of an Oud, and I would pass on it due to my preferences. I think this is something someone should consider sampling in person before buying as I believe blind buying this particular product can lead to a little disappointment.

Deep, complex, and dark scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was kind of surprised by how tiny the sample was, but I looked closer and the size is right. Based on the sample packaging, it seems like a luxurious perfume. I opted for the True Oud scent, and this is a very mature scent. It’s very deep and complex and dark. I’m kind of struggling figuring out which occasions I would wear this scent, but it would definitely be for something where I wouldn’t want to leave a shallow impression. It’s more woody and spicy than floral. I think this would be for you if you want to appear mysterious.

Intense, woody fragrance to turn heads
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, I usually like woody perfumes—they're just not my vibe. But Carolina Herrera True Oud really surprised me. It’s got oud (agarwood), myrrh, and osmanthus in it. Super rich and deep, but somehow not too heavy. The osmanthus adds a little soft, almost fruity-floral touch that keeps it from being too intense. What made me love it? The longevity and sillage are insane. One SMALL spritz lasted literally all day and I kept getting compliments. It’s one of those scents that stays with you and leaves a trail in the best way. Even though it’s not something I’d normally pick, I’m giving it a solid 5/5. Definitely a bold, luxurious perfume that makes a statement.

A dreamy oud.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying the unusual note combination. At first spray this fragrance is quite intense and masculine, but projects at a comfortable level once it drys down. It also becomes more unisex in the dry down. The oud, saffron, olive, myrrh and sandalwood stand out most on my skin. Jasmine is noticeable but subdued. A dreamy incense scent that lingers 12 plus hours. I very much appreciate a different oud mix with no rose. The notes smell very authentic and nostalgic. I imagine different notes will stand out in different seasons. Right now it works perfect with the summer sunset mood. So lovely!
