As someone who is prone to breakouts (still haven't gotten rid of them at 28) I don't tend to wear makeup as it always worsens it. I was looking for something to help even my skin and redness and the lighters scars and this does just that. I still have to use moisturiser before as my skin is dry and then use a tinted moisturiser and my skin looks glowy, less red and far more even. I found my skin didn't love it when I tried to use it to replace my morning moisturiser but my skin is very sensitive and dry. When my skin is well hydrated it works well, does not sting, and doesn't worsen my breakouts. I will be keeping this as part of my routine

I love this BB gel because I can use it at any time of the year. In the winter months I am very pale but with summer the tan comes and I don't have to worry about the colour as it adapts perfectly giving me a lovely sun kissed glow. I have oily/combination skin and love the fact that is light weight and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. The only problem I have with it is the packaging. I used to buy it in the bigger bottle with the pump and it was perfect. Easy to get right amount each time and much more hygienic, but I was so disappointed to learn that it's only available in those smaller bottles/tubes now. I really hope Clinique will bring back the other bottle.

I wanted to love this, and the sample I received in store was good. However, after purchasing and using at home, there seems to be a white/silver residue that builds up on my face. I've read previous advice to rub the product between fingers before applying on face, but this hasn't helped. I've tried applying very gently and not rubbing into face much at all, as well as trying to rub in circular motions on face, but both produces white residue, and the latter creates a chalky substance. What is happening? I nomally use EstÈe Lauder DayWear Sheer Tint Release Moisturiser, and wanted a less greasy alternative for this. But not sure the clinique one is a winner in this case.

I use this after my normal skincare / moisturiser in the morning and follow with the glossier stretch concealer. This product doesn't really give coverage but really evens my skin tone out / makes texture look more even and skin overall glowy!! I'm 24 and my skin is typically quite dry and I find this product pretty hydrating. I have an lightish olive-y undertone to my skin and the colour works well for me :) Woukd defo recommend - I think some people in the reviews finding it orange are maybe using too much..? A little bit goes a long way for me so I use a little over a pea sized amount for my face and it's perfect :) In my opinion, if you're not vv pale or looking for coverage this product is defo worth the purchase for sure !! X

I was really excited to try this, and was pleased with the results for about ten minutes when I suffered an extreme allergic reaction and had to remove it. I have sensitive skin and have used Clinique for years and not had any problems so it's a real shame. Hoping that it is something specific to this product and doesn't mean I'm going to be allergic to all Clinique products! I liked the idea and it seems like a good product - just be cautious if you are prone to reactions.

Please don't ever change or discontinue this! It's perfect as it is, very light coverage and evens out my skin very nicely. If you have dehydrated skin, then I would advise to use your regular moisturiser before applying this. I tried it without and it didn't look good, but once I applied it after moisturising it was perfect. It just helps it go on more evenly and smoother. Lasts well as you only need a pea-sized amount.

I adore this product! Quick and easy to apply. Negates the need for heavy foundation, although you could use as primer if needed. I POSITIVELY GLOW after a few days of wearing this! No I've not been paid to say that or given free sample. This is the one product I cannot do without. It has evened my skin out, made it brighter, made me look more alive, I love love love it.

I don't wear make up often just my face creams so when I do need to this is the perfect choice it makes using a foundation easy and covers skin without looking made up. Because I have a routine with my Clinique hydrating creams I don't suffer with any skin problems and the BB gel just finishes off my face and neck when I need to wear a bit of makeup
