Why? Why? Why?
Why not be honest and lead us to believe this is the Spellbound we knew and absolutely loved? Why change a successful blend? Spellbound was my signature scent during from 1994 when I bought my 1st bottle of the most luxurious body lotion, which was absolutely gorgeous. I continued with the perfume until I could no longer find it. I was delighted when I found it again and bought it believing it was the same as the original perfume. Hugely disappointing to pick up the chemical smell from it, and felt I'd bought a duplicate.Whst have you done Estee Lauder?!?! You should have let the sleeping dog lie!

Spell Bound Perfume Has No Scent At All - Disappointed!
Its hard to believe that this perfume has changed from what it used to be to just some liquid filled up in a bottle with no scent at all. This is so misleading, why continue using the same name when the content has changed drastically. This is so unfair. It is so disappointing. Please change the name of this perfume to something else. So unbelievable or maybe this is a fake perfume, how can it not have scent? we buy perfume because we want a nice scent, what is the point of having some yellowish liquid in bottle and pay lots of money for it. This is so wrong!

New Design. Same Scent? No!!!
This is not the Spellbound created in 1991. Since 2010 or so, the ingredients changed. Now the fragrance is unrecognisable. It's got a harsh chemical note on the dry down and the EDP disappears within 2 hours of application unlike the original which would last over 24 hours. I'm not sure why EL decided to ruin one of their most loved scents. My husband would buy me a 100ml bottle for my birthday and Christmas until they stopped the 100ml. Now he won't buy it for me as he says he smells horrid.

My fabulous favourite
I adore Spellbound & have been using it from its addition to the EstÈe Lauder collection but I am having great difficulty trying to find it anywhere & I am nearly completely out ?? I miss out on all of the offers because it is always out of stock & I keep hitting the Notify button but never receive notification.

Still Spellbinding
I've worn Spellbound since it was first introduced. I am allergic to so many fragrances but not this. Many friends recognise my scent whenever I meet them. Even after all these years I still stay loyal to this fragrance. It has me Spellbound.
