Right from the first spray, I get this brilliantly fresh, marine vibe—think salt, seaweed, and a spark of ginger—before it settles into warm, woody amber and incense. It’s like that moment when ocean waves meet the shore: clean, invigorating, yet grounded. The longevity is impressive—I can still catch whiffs hours later, especially on my clothes. And the bottle? So sleek and minimal, it’s such a standout on my dresser. Worth a try if you love fresh aquatic scents with substance.

Issey You’ve Done it Again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great addition to this line. Takes the original and adds some darker woody notes in the base to make something that’s a lot more evening/event worthy and more nuanced. I think overall I prefer the simple freshness of the original, but I would happily own both and wear one for the day and one for the evening. Quentin Bisch and Issey Miyake are doing great work recently - can’t wait to see what they come up with next. Have already recommended it to my brother who loved it so much he bought a bottle. 👍🏻

Unique and Original
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tried this sample and loved it. He found it to be really different, like nothing he’s used before and said the fragrance lasted well easily into the evening which is a bonus. I thought he smelt fantastic too perfect balance of fresh yet sensual, plus both our Sons tried it too saying it smelt fresh and young. So to summarise a really unique fresh scent that’s a hit across the ages in our home at least! I can see it being on more than one Christmas list this year!

Beautiful and long lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have smelled original Issey Miyake nothing beats it! This smells exactly how it says— it’s a little more saltier and marine like. It pays ode to the original but is elevated and smells less musky and more aquatic. It has great longevity as you would expect from an Eau de Parfum. I could smell it on my wrist for around 4 hours before it stayed closer to the skin. The notes are perfectly blended and right up my street. Strong and smooth. I would recommend this.

My favourite

The opening is crisp and mineral, evoking sea spray and freshness, before soft woods and musk give it depth. Longevity is around 6–7 hours with a clean, subtle projection. It feels refined, understated, and versatile perfect for those who want something fresh yet elegant without being loud. Honestly I love it. It becomes shortly my favourite.

Can’t stop smelling it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great perfume for men. Very pleasant scent, I couldn't stop smelling my husband when he sprayed it on himself. Both me and my husband love it. Also, the scent lasts a very long time on clothes. I could smell the scent on my husband's t-shirt even after 24 hours. I plan to buy this perfume as a gift for my husband, for his Birthday, which will be in September. Thank you.
