[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing this fragrance for the last few weeks now and the smell is amazing! People always ask me what I’m wearing and I always tell them where to get it from… it starts off with quite a sweet smell but mellows out into a vanilla, soft, gentle yet warm feeling. It also lasts for ages! The only drawback to this product is the packaging! The ring pull feels cheap and like it may break, I remember when they were sturdy metal. The spray cap is also the same, feels quite cheaply made and doesn’t feel good to hold. I like the gold accents on the packaging though, it does give it a good look! Overall, I would buy this product but for the way that it smells and how long it lasts, not for the bottle which I suppose is less important anyway!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Le Male Elixir is a very strong scent that is appealing to many. When I wear this, I receive varied compliments especially concerning the smell. It is a unique mix of Tonka bean and lavender with a consistent projection. Although the projection is consistent, it does not give you a headache, and it is very pleasing to others. This is perfect for an evening out at a social event, a date, or just for a regular wear out. I definitely recommend purchasing this and plan to pick up a full-size bottle.  overall the scent is Woody with a muted floral note. The scent is so refined. Even though it contains benzoin, it is not juvenile it is for the refined and mature scent lover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried a sample of Jean Paul Gaultier “Le Male Elixir” and this being the first time trying this brand, I am very pleased with the scent. The full-sized bottle has a really cool design that features a muscular torso with chiseled grooves dipped in gold w/black stripes. The scent is most definitely long lasting with a lusty lavender burst right out the gate, it’s woody, spicy, highly aromatic, and very intimate. My wife loves the scent but also forbids me to wear outside the home and will absolutely be wearing it again for her on date night. Overall, great smelling fragrance by Jean Paul Gaultier and will be giving some of the other fragrances a try as well. Highly recommended.
