Avoids all of the worst things about modern cologne: it’s not overpowering and doesn’t have any weird random scents thrown in for novelty’s sake. There are one or two colognes I prefer, but they’re twice as expensive — I don’t think they’re twice as good. For the price point, I haven’t seen (well, smelled) anything better.

As cologne is something you spray on and people dont see the bottle i find the packaging over the top, but it is a good scent.

It has a good lasting atleast - eight-ten hours.I was getting compliments left and right about my cologne. Really like cute design of this bottle, looks nice. This is a new fragrance. MCM Onyx was launched in 2023. Top notes are Grapefruit, Pink Pepper and Ginger; middle notes are Lavender, Violet Leaf and Basil; base notes are Haitian Vetiver, Clearwood and Tonka.Clean ,fresh and spicy and metallic, I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I’m gonna say is that I was able to smell the ginger and lavender mixture in this particular cologne. I’ve never had ginger and 11 or mixture in any fragrances the pass before, and I was able to notice a bit of the basil and Cedarwood as well too, and this fragrance isn’t too strong but still a good fragrance that I want to add to my collection, export more in the future. I would use this fragrance on a daily basis when I’m copping out a shower after work out or getting up in the morning and handling my personal business not for like a party or a personal like a fun. I’m going to rate is a three star rating for this product and I will tell other people about it so that they can chill tried to themselves and I want give them a lot of credit to the ones who designed the bottle and also think influencer and MCM providing this product for my review.

Final drydown is powder soapy. I appreciate that the tonka is not too heavy here. Fresh scent overall and is in the ballpark of Sauvage. Clean with decent performance, but nothing groundbreaking. Interesting bottle, I thought it was a purse initially but I guess it's a backpack.
