Shipping
As a loyal customer, I must express my disappointment with the shipping and presentation of your Molton Brown products. While I absolutely adore your products, the fact that they consistently arrive in a brown box with no invoice and poorly packaged with soap spilled all over is disheartening. For the price we pay for these luxury products, I would expect a better presentation and more care taken during shipping. It would greatly improve the overall experience and reflect the quality of the products. I hope you can address this issue and improve in this department.

Nice fragrance
This is my second purchase of Molton Brown hand soap. The first one was their Lily frangrance which apparently is discontinued. The scent was nice and strong and lingered after I washed my hands. It was a true experience to wash my hand. This scent is too mild and no different than purchasing Bath & Body Works hand soap. For the price, I want something that stands out above and beyond. For this price I can't afford to keep trying the scents.

My Regular Purchase
This is my second purchase of the Heavenly Gingerlily hand wash, it's such a fabulous fragrance and lasts such a long time! I have this and the hand cream next to each other on the bathroom sink which encourages my guests to moisturise as well as wash! I don't think it's expensive as it lasts, so, price per use is very reasonable. Would recommend this to everyone!

I Am Obsessed
I bought this for work because the hand soap that they had was so drying that my hands were cracked and almost bleeding. This Molton Brown Hand Soap totally transformed my hands. It was like night and day. The scent is definitely Heavenly! I wound up buying some for my home and some for gifts. I definitely recommend this hand soap!!

My naughty indulgence!
Liquid hand wash is my naughty indulgence, although it is so economical that it isn’t that naughty! I have different perfumes in bathrooms, cloakroom and kitchen, all are gorgeous. The hand wash is so kind to hands, lather’s beautifully, not at all drying and leaves hands feeling soft.

Delightfully unique
I was attracted to Heavenly-gingerly's fresh and unique scent after I used this product at a friend's house. It is overly expensive for hand soap, but It is unlike any other I have encountered, so I bit the bullet and ordered my own. Very classy and, to me, worth the expense.

This the season for Heavenly-Gingerlily
I love using Molton Brown hand washes, they are so luxurious, leaving my hands soft and making me feel pampered. I particularly like using heavenly-gingerlily at this time of the year. It gorgeous scent is so suited to the Christmas season

A scent worth sharing
I first used this at a friend’s house. Every time I went there I left with the scent of the soap on me. I knew I had to have it. It’s now in my bathroom and I am so happy to have it. Now I’ll share the scent with other friends.
