[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I would say I love the beautiful packaging of this Omniscient Mr Thompson very attractive and artistic. The scent is very bold at first and followed by layered scent which is very pleasing and a little bit of a sweet hint. It is perfect for daily use as this last a long time leaving a nice bold distinct scent. The mixture of vanilla and rum like scents are the notes you will notice the most which is bold but soothing.Additionally, the craftsmanship of the packaging reflects the attention to detail and quality of the product inside. The boldness of the initial scent gradually gives way creating a captivating aroma.The subtle sweetness adds a delightful touch.The prominent notes of vanilla and rum intertwine seamlessly, imparting a sense of warmth and sophistication. Overall, the Omniscient Mr. Thompson exudes an air of confidence and refinement, making it a must-have addition to any fragrance collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top notes are Lavender, elemi and Pink Pepper; middle notes are Orris, Black Pepper and Geranium; base notes are Vanilla, Sesame and Oak. This scent is very bold and masculine-and not powdery at all. My husband loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find most of the Portrait's collection underwhelming, but Mr. Thompson is absolute fire. My personal favorite from the line so far. It has that distinct opening of lavender, pepper and elemi that's straight from Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb (EdT). Buttery and powdery orris root joins the blend, reminiscent of fragrances like Amouage Reflection Man until it all settles on a rich, creamy base of sesame milk and vanilla to give it that slight gourmand edge to round off the aromatics and spice. It smells elegant, dapper and quite inviting. This fragrance would go well with a slightly dressed up look and shines during the colder seasons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Omniscient Mister Thompson Eau de Parfum is a fragrance that in my opinion is pure sophistication. The opening top note is pepper and you definitely get that right away, then it fades into the background and you are left with a more floral scent. For me the base notes of this fragrance is where the real sophistication comes in. You are left with a soft powdery vanilla and a bit of sandalwood that is both strong and soft at the same time. The scent projection isn't the biggest, which can be a plus or a minus depending on the situation. This has a medium to low projection and would work well as a daily fragrance or better yet for a dinner or date night since only those in your close inner circle will be able to catch the scent. Some have complained about its longevity but I find it lasts all day for me. After applying it in the morning, I can still smell it when I get home at the end of my day. I quite enjoyed this fragrance and its subtle sophistication and depth.

A little of this scent will go a very long way. Personally, I would not gravitate toward this particular scent, it doesn't smell bad but it's very over powering for me.
