Real Techniques' Glow Round Base Brush is a fabulous tool for providing a beautiful, full coverage airbrushed finish to your foundation application. Although you can easily accomplish full coverage with the densely packed brush head, you can also lightly stipple the foundation for a soft focus effect as well. Either way, if you're aiming for a flawless finish, whether it be light or more dramatic, this tool gives it to you with ease. In fact, one might say that it practically does the work for you thanks to the uniquely designed brush head. Its bristles are flat, round, and densely packed; however, the brush head is super soft and a joy to use for many reasons! It works great with liquid & cream foundations. In addition, I even used it to apply primer. Regardless of whether it's a foundation formula or a primer, this brush picks up and lays it down easily and with perfection. It fits comfortably in your hand with the right amount of weight & balance during usage. Also, thanks to this brush's design, it makes it even easier to reach even the tighter spaces. Needless to say, this base brush is very talanted bringing beautiful results each & every time!

It is dense and flat, but has a large area which makes application of foundation super fast! I can cover a large area quickly! The bristles are dense, but feel soft at the same time, which I can appreciate. I love buffing in the foundation in circular motion to get a beautiful smooth finish! The quality of the brush and barrel is excellent, too! Feels really good in the hand as you apply the makeup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to the contour brush from this collection, the Glow Round Brush is much rounder but still is as densely packed which makes it great for blending product in quickly. This brush blended in foundation seamlessly without causing streaks or brushstrokes. I found this brush works better with a patting, buffing motion rather than swiping. The handle is sturdy and easy to hold and control.

I have used other Real Techniques foundation brushes in the past, so I was excited to try this one out! It works great! It smooths my foundation out on my skin and does not leave any streaks. The bristles are very soft too. Great brush!

I was surprised at how well my foundation was blended with this brush. I tried using it with powder foundation and I was impressed on how well it also worked.

The bristles are soft yet firm, and the surface area is large enough to cover the skin quickly. Can be used with creams or powders.

The is great at buffing out my makeup around my face and neck area. And the bristles are soft and feel good on my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a bad brush, but I still prefer a sponge for foundation application. Some may find this to be a little scratchy. This gave me much fuller coverage than my usual sponge. I would probably reach for this when I am needing to cover issues.
