I have a Fastfire III that I bought a long time ago (I’m guessing probably ten years ago. Could be wrong on that but it’s been a while). I put it on an inertia driven shotgun and shoot heavy turkey loads out of it. It’s not a two shot per year situation. I do quite a bit of tinkering with loads and our bag limits are liberal so, there have been a lot of heavy rounds through that gun. Never had an issue until this year and, to be truthful, I’m not 100% sure it was an issue that would have affected my hunting. Well, I sent the sight to Burris. They replaced it with a brand new one. No grilling, no interrogation. They asked what the issue was. They put up with my indecision about sending it in or not, and when I decided to do it, they sent me a RA number and off it went Expecting it to be months before I heard anything, I put it out of my mind. They notified me that the received it and gave me a timeframe for inspection. Ahead of schedule, I get notification that they had inspected my sight and a new one was on the way. Now that, my friends is customer service! AND, that’s not the first time… I damaged a mount, trying put red dot on a gun. Wrote Burris to inquire about buying a new one. Entirely my fault… Burris asked for my mailing address…A new mount shows up, no charge! Like I say, great customer service and great products!
