[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to cologne for my husband I am very particular about the scent and brand. I've previously got him YSL and we both loved it. Which is why I was over the moon to surprise him with this YSL beauty L'Homme Eau De Parfum. I love the design of the bottle to the scent that is on him after he sprays it on. It has this woody, bourbon orangy smell. I love the combination. Very manly and classy. Perfect for wearing it daily to work or a special date night. The scent type is citrus woody and key notes are bitter orange, oakwood and vetiver. Leaving your man feel like a million bucks. He claims in his words, "smells like a fine cognac" and absolutely loved it. It's a good size bottle with enough to last a while. Perfect for date nights with him.

I was surprised when I received it because I was expecting that smell that a lot of male colognes share. It has a unique scent to my nose. I enjoyed this 1000% more than the expensive Tom ford one I received. It has a woodsy citrusy smell that is just to die for especially with fall weather arriving. I’m gonna make him purchase this for the rest of our relationship ! 10/10 Recommend.

I want to to start of saying that this fragrance is just right. When you first spray it on it comes off as strong but with time it softens up and becomes an enjoyable scent. It isn’t a fruity scent but nor does it come across as a woody scent. The scent is pleasant and relaxing allowing for one to use as an everyday fragrance for any occasion. I recommend this cologne to others and have made it part of my collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performance: very impressive durability, able to get 12 hours from a light workday, 8 hours if i have been sweaty at work. Unlike some other fragrances out there, this bottle performs in that it does not lose it power even with sweat. fragrance: very woody, somewhat traditional/retro in what you expect from a woody fragrance. There is a decent hint of the burnt citrus or woody orange that really sets this apart. You can also hint the bourbon which again gives it that zing, that warmth that you expect from a killer cologne like this. This performed well in a daytime setting, and extremely warm and sensual in a nighttime setting. for men out there, this is a cologne for a long date night. Packaging: very lovely bottle, octagonal lid and low profile. Logo is not too invasive. The dark orange color lights up through the glass. I was not too impressed by the box itself but i think this is generally standard across the board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is probably one of the best smelling colognes i’ve gotten from any brand. the scent in my opinion is unisex due to the combination of citrus and smokiness from the orange and the oak wood. this will probably become my everyday scent especially for when i plan on going out — it’s sexy and hot.
