[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually when I apply a base before make up, I find my foundation becomes cakey and patchy after a few hours but after using guerlain l'or I didn't have this problem, my skin felt smooth and hydrated and after 10hrs my make up looked so good and fresh, a little goes a long way and absorbs in to the skin fast, would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the gorgeous fruity, floral scent of this product which is quite delicate and dissipates quickly so is ideal for anyone who is sensitive to fragrance. The gel formula feels cooling, soothing and hydrating upon application and helps minimise pores making for a smoother base to apply foundation. The primer didn't absorb completely into my skin, instead it provided the perfect amount of tackiness for my foundation to adhere to for incredibly longevity. I absolutely love the radiant finish it gave my foundation (applicable for both powder and liquid foundation). I have combination skin which tends to be normal to dry with oily T-zone and found this primer did exacerbate the oil levels on my chin, and slightly on my forehead which caused my foundation to break down and disappear towards the end of the day but elsewhere, my foundation still looked really good. I will still use/recommend this product though as I can easily combine it with a more effective oil control primer on my T-zone.

I received a sample of the L'Or Radiance Concentrate with Pure Gold from Guerlain's after purchasing another product. I immediately fell in love and purchased a bottle. It made my skin silky smooth, helped my make up go on easier and last longer but the best part, the gold flakes really add a ton of radiance to your skin. I literally GLOW! I can't imagine putting on foundation or any other make up, without first using L'Or. The flakes just brighten your face, even though make up, and you look younger and more radiant. I highly recommend this product! Merci, Guerlain!!

I always struggle finding products that help keep my make up in place all day and heard this is great for just that. It’s soft and silky and makes your skin feel extra smooth after application. It gave my skin a healthy glow. I didn’t find that it helped my make up stay in place any better then other products I’ve tried but I love how it smooths my face and leaves it looks healthy!

And there is a huge BUT... IT IS BRILLIANT.. Fantastic product that leaves skin looking so 'happy' and ready for foundation. It makes a huge difference and compliments have poured in since using this product. No flare ups and no dry skin ( I have combination skin).
