[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate leaving a subpar review and really REALLY wanted to be blown away by these products. I sadly wasn't and think I may have to stop using them because my irritated scalp is back and my hair loss has ramped back up. I guess there is some ingredient(s) I have yet to pinpoint in certain shampoos/conditioners that doesn't set right with my scalp and hair leaving a very irritated painful scalp. Maybe it's the sulfates, parabens &/or heavy fragrance? For reference, I have virgin hair at the roots and bleached balayage throughout, and I use a blow-dry brush hairdryer twice per week (so I'm not heavy-handed with the heat tools). My hair is also extremely fine & thinning, and I have a slight waviness that frizzes easily. About 8 years ago I developed steroid and autoimmune-induced hair loss which I've been working on regrowing for years now, and since my autoimmune issues have resolved and I'm off the bad meds I try to focus on regrowth and retaining what I have. Any time I can find a shampoo/conditioner combo to reduce hair fall I stick with it. Sadly this isn't it, though I do love the smell. My hair also tangles extremely easily and the conditioner doesn't have enough slip to it for my liking to prevent horrible tangles, which again, contributes to my hair easily pulling out, even while gently brushing. I think for the right person this could be wonderful, but for the price I wish they would use higher quality ingredients and stay away from the bad stuff like sulfates and parabens. I honestly wish Kerastase would slow down on releasing new products (I lost count at 20 shampoo versions) and spend some considerable time with their vast resources on R&D and creating a truly clean line that helps thinning, reduces hair fall and breakage, while being completely non-irritating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is very nice. The smell is strong and lasts for 1-2 days. I use it with the shampoo from the same line. I left it on my half end for 2 minutes and then rinse it. For preference, my hair is straight, thin and has color treatment. I also have an oily scalp. My hair looks so good and feels like silk but not greasy after using the combo. My husband gave me compliments about the smell and how my hair looks. Air dry or blow your hair with hair dryer is both good. I have been using it only 2 times but I like it a lot so far. Definitely will using it and explore more products from this line.

After only one use I could immediately see the difference. My hair felt hydrated, soft and shiny. I could run my fingers through without tangles or hair breaking off. This duo is literally perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wavy, slightly thick hair, and this conditioner kept my hair soft and smooth. It's easy to rinse out and doesn't weigh down my hair or leave a residue on my scalp. The scent is pleasant and is not overpowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a really great conditioner that has a few flaws, that may be overlooked because it made my hair very smooth and shiny. It's a higher end conditioner at a high price point. I disliked the screw cap packaging and found it to be very inconvenient to use in the shower. The smell, I just didn't like it at all! It was an odd musky grandma smell? I'm not sure how to describe it but I didn't like it at all. As for the ability to provide amazing hair results I think it's wonderful. My hair was exceptionally smooth after my shower, and in the photo you can see how smooth, shiny, and frizz free my hair is. This is without me heat styling it, and it's completely air dried. So if you can overlook the flaws it's amazing!

I personally appreciate the protein, amino acid, and ceramide formula that promotes hair strength. I follow the Resistance Bain Force Architecte Shampoo with this conditioner, applying it to my ends. The conditioner is thick and easy to work through your hair. Sometimes, after applying, I let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow my damaged ends to fully absorb the product. This conditioner leaves my hair feeling silky smooth and soft. After using it for a week, I can truly see a difference in my previously heat-damaged hair—it looks healthier than ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this conditioner for about two weeks now and I can already see a difference in my heat damaged, fine but dense, slightly wavy, butt-length hair. My hair is shinier, less frizzy and very soft. I am starting to see less hair fall in the shower and on my brush as well. The smell is understated but very fresh and clean, and the improvement in my hair became visible quite quickly. The only reason I'm taking a star off is because this is a relatively small bottle and the price is a bit high. I can see myself going through it rather quickly. That said, larger bottles, shampoo and conditioner sets, and refills are available and a better value. I received this product in exchange for my honest review, and I will definitely reorder when I run out.
