As a customer for many years I am very dissapointed to find that since your rebranding that the size of this bottle has decreased by 45ml!! but not the price (shame on you). I really didn't get the rebranding in the first place - yes I understand the repackaging of your products, but now the names are too confusing as products look so similar to each other. Also the ingredients list on your website use to look so clear, but now its smaller and more complicated. I really loved this product but will not be buying it again due to such a significant reduction in size. Customers need to be rewarded by their loyalty, not treated like this.

I've been using this oil once a day in the evening and I'm impressed because I didn't think I would see results this quickly! My hormonal and acne prone skin has basically cleared up already!! I don't even need to wear foundation! I bought this product because I had used up all of my camellia and rose cream cleansern and while I loved it, and it did clean my skin, it didn't help clear my spots which is what I need help with most of all. So I was very excited when this oil was created. A little goes a long way and why wouldn't you use something thats kind to skin AND takes of makeup?..... even if you do look a little scary round your eyes while your using it! ;)

I was so excited to see that Pai had brought out a new cleanser considering how much my skin loves the original one!! Sadly my skin really didn’t like this one. I’ve only used it once and won’t be able to again because it gave me an allergic reaction on my neck and jaw. As soon as I washed it off, my skin was red and itchy. I have managed to calm it down with the ‘Instant Calm Oat serum’ but I’m so disappointed because I absolutely love Pai’s skincare range and was really looking forward to adding another product to my skincare routine. I think perhaps it was just too rich for my sensitive skin. Even so, this may not happen for everyone and so definitely give it a try!! It smells amazing!!!

So VERY disappointed to discover that the no 1 ingredient in this product is olive oil which a known to be comedogenic. There are plenty of other alternatives that Pai could have used - safflower, sunflower, grapeseed to name a few (all score very low on comedogenic rating) - so there is absolutely no good reason as far as I can see to use this particular oil. Having used cleansing products containing olive oil in the past, I can attest to the damage they do - your skin may feel super soft and cleansed to begin with but in time pores will become blocked leading to the development of acne.

It is an excellent oil cleanser which cleanses the face without leaving any greasy sheen behind! It is perfect for all kind of skin as I have little bit sensitive skin, but it did not give me any adverse reaction! It glided on skin nicely to give me thorough cleansing and when I wiped it off with my wet muslin cloth, the result was, my skin felt so young and dewy! The large pores were not visible anymore and little bit of dryness on my chin and forehead was almost gone! It did not sting my eyes and did not give me spots or breakouts! My skin has improved so much after few times using it that even my hubby noticed how radiant my skin looked and trust me, Men do not bother to notice minor stuff :blush: Extremely pleased!

I came across this by accident in yet another desperate search for the perfect product. As I’ve tried so many brands that haven’t worked I ordered the travel size first. I am very impressed with this cleansing oil, with a gentle massage it removes all my makeup including mascara/eyeliner and rinses away, no stinging or reaction. I like the fact It emulsifies as I don’t like cleansing cloths, my dry/mature skin is sensitive and temperatural. A little goes a long way. Will definitely purchase the larger size next time. Added bonus is receiving samples too.

I've been using the Camellia and Rose cleanser for a year or so now and I've always loved it, so I was hesitant to give this a go. I've recently been suffering from hormonal breakouts, which I know are a result of my skin producing more oil/sebum. Having discovered that oil clings to oil and can help I decided to start using this. WOW. Even after 3 days my skin is no longer as oily, my breakouts have calmed down and all of the little bumps I had over my skin have really smoothed out. I use every morning and evening at the moment. In the morning I follow with the rice plant & rosemary tonic and geranium and thistle day cream, and in the evenings follow with the rosehip oil. 10/10 please buy if you are having hormonal breakouts like me!

I was a little dubious about the claim that it removes eye as well as facial make-up. I've used a couple of other cleansers in the past which made the same claims but left me with eye make-up all over the towel. But....I'm a total convert. It removed every scrap of make-up and, what's more, didn't leave me with sore and stingy eyes like the other cleansers did. It was really nice to use and my face felt hydrated and clean afterwards. I followed with my normal cleanser and there was no sign of any make-up on the cloth. I'm so pleased I gave it a try.
